Important Notes & Policies
- Rental Agreement & ID Required – Primary renter must be 25+ and must e-sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, along with submitting a photo ID. Ensure all guests review the agreement

- Wildlife & Bugs – Expect occasional bears, spiders, or bugs despite monthly pest control. Never leave food or trash outside

- Starter Supplies Provided – Includes dish pods, trash liners and one roll of paper towels. Guests must bring additional supplies such as coffee, charcoal, and foil/Tupperware. Grocery stores are within 3 miles, and Instacart/Uber Eats are available

- Pet-Friendly – A $150 pet fee per dog (plus tax and fees) applies (ESA dogs included). Sorry, no cats.

- Water & Septic: The cabin is on a private well and septic system. Well water can occasionally have a temporary sulfur odor. This is normal and not a water quality or safety issue. Running the faucets for a few minutes upon arrival typically clears the smell.

Checkout instructions are easy and quick reminders to check for forgotten items:
Please empty the refrigerator and take out the trash to the bear-proof receptacle outside.
Please leave all dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the regular cycle.
Please put back outdoor chairs in place if they were moved during your stay.
