New Construction 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house with high end finishing's in Normaltown, Athens GA. Less than a mile to downtown Athens/ UGA Main Campus and a 1/2 mile to the UGA medical campus. Enjoy the outdoors with a screened in back porch and Firepit outside! The front porch provides outdoor ceiling fans and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the afternoons. Gain entry with electric locks and feel secure with a doorbell camera and one over-looking the back staircase/driveway.

Absolutely love this house! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun wedding weekend in Athens! Parking was great and the neighborhood was really quiet. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Athens and it's available!

We had such an incredible stay! Todd was quick to communicate and helped me through the booking process. The house was priceless and was exactly what we had hoped. It was clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. It was the perfect place to stay for my sisters wedding weekend.
