Bourbon Trail, horse farms, relaxation in the countryside.

Newly remodeled lower level of farmhouse that is a two bedroom, 1150 sq ft suite with kitchenette and den on a farm close to everything. 25 minutes to Keeneland, Centre College, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey Distilleries.
You can hike, camp, fish, ride horses, sightsee or just relax. The barn is available for larger get togethers.
Having gotten to travel a good deal ourselves, we thought we would enjoy having others enjoy our little bit of heaven.
Longer stays or fewer people may have a discounted rate.

We only stayed two nights, but this place was God sent. Amazing place to stay and absolutely loved sitting outside by the stream listening to the horses, cows and donkey. Host is fantastic, super friendly and helpful.

It was beautiful, host was very friendly and helpful because we were never there before. Rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet. Bedrooms looked like five star hotel rooms. Would absolutely stay there again.

This is our 2nd stay at this property, and my family and I love how quiet and serene it is. The location is perfect for us to visit family yet still feel like we're taking a vacation from normal life. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and spacious. We'll be back!!

Perfect!

Family came in for a wedding at The Showbarn at Daynabrook Farms and this was the PERFECT place for them! One level, easy to access - no stairs & close to venue. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom. Places to walk, sit and enjoy peaceful moments. Highly recommend without reservation!

Beautiful cozy place to stay!

We stayed for a week to visit the mother in law who lives in Salvisa and explore every family activity Kentucky had to offer. We went on a sunset river boat cruise in Newport as well as the aquarium. We went to Kentucky down under to pet kangaroos and explore a cave. We went to Dinosaur world, a waterpark and the shaker village. I found some amazing bourbon to bring home to my father from 4 roses distillery. This home was a perfect location to reach all of these family hot spots. The beds were cozy, the AC was perfect. The house was very clean. Our kids had plenty of space to relax and play. The yard is huge and my husband even caught a bass out of the river on the property. We would definitely return again. Thank you so much for letting us stay and make so many wonderful family memories!

Lexington Weekend

Our group of four loved this space. We were in town for a music festival so spent limited time in the rental, but it was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Would definitely recommend.

Great country atmosphere

What a great location to get to everything in horse country. Close to Keeneland, bourbon trail and saw beautiful fall-colored trees everywhere. Our host very welcoming, and we got to cheer with them a bit watching UK football. Extra bonus, they won!

Nice stay

Great place out of the city, great communication. No laundry or cooktop, because it is a finished basement of a farmhouse, but owner offered to coordinate laundry if necessary. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy country

The owners were great, volunteering to help and provide necessities and pleasantries. There is nice scenery, places to walk, and a small river to wake in.

Best weekend getaway!!

We wanted somewhere close to us, yet with that vacation kinda feel and this place nailed it!! The home itself was spotless. Decorated beautifully, had everything you could think of needing. Close enough to Lexington to hit up shopping, etc if wanted. We spent the day at Fort Harrod and ended it by floating down the river which was literally steps from the front door. My husband was in paradise and is begging to go back! 5+ stars!!!

Awesome hosts of the property.

A beautiful location that is away from the hustle and bustle. Very clean and the space was decorated extremely well. Relax and enjoy! Located centrally between Bardstown, Frankfort and Lexington.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely a perfect weekend stay. Jerry was great host; the accommodations were excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere but still a great location to hit multiple bourbon distilleries and Keeneland. Best Vrbo we’ve stayed at.

Beautiful Place

Newly remodeled basement efficiency. It was very clean and comfortable. The overall property was gorgeous KY countryside. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. All the comforts of home on our little getaway.

Bourbon Trail Gem

We had a guys weekend on the Bourbon trail and Jerry’s property could not have been better. Perfectly located between many distilleries allowed us to quickly travel for tours/tastings. Jerry was extremely easy to communicate with and his property was spotless and just as pictures described. We will certainly be returning again!
