Barndominium on the Bourbon Trail - Hot Tub and Horses! Dog and Horse friendly!

Welcome to our farm! Enjoy 34 acres of rolling hills and woods with beautiful views of horses and wildlife. We are located 1 mile from the BG Parkway giving you easy access to all the FUN Kentucky has to offer.

After a full day of FUN, come back and relax in the hot tub, sit by the fire, or go for a walk on the trails in our woods. We have it ALL!

Like to travel with your dog? Bring them along! We offer additional dog care services including feeding, playtime and long walks around the farm. **One dog policy with pet fee required.**

Horses are welcome too! Stalls and pastures are available for rent. Trail riding available in the area includes Shaker Village, Masterson Station Park, Taylorsville Lake, Logan Hubble Park, and Green River Stables. Contact me today for more information.

Don't own a horse but still want to ride? No problem! Horse experiences can be added to your stay. Several levels of lessons are available.

We enjoyed our stay. The farm dogs were our son’s favorite part of the stay. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and everything else about the accommodations. Nicole went the extra mile to put out a food and water station for our dog. Overall it was a great experience.

From the enthusiastic greetings of Karl, the dog, when we arrived, to the spotless condition of the home, we had a fabulous time. Great spot to hit bourbon distilleries during the day and relax in the hot tub in the evening.

Stop on the Bourbon Trail!

This place was perfect for a little get away, close by to several distilleries, very cozy, and a wonderful view of the night sky from the hot tub. Im glad we came down!

Great location. Great experience.

The location was perfect for us and the purpose of our trip. It was very clean and is comfortable for up to 4 adults. The property itself is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax after returning from your activities. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and we made additional furry friends during our visit.

Gary and his family (and Maggie, their dog) were wonderful guests. They communicated well throughout their stay and left our Barndominium on the Bourbon Trail neat and tidy even though they weren't required to do so. We look forward to Gary staying with us again soon.

Great Experience!

We absolutely loved staying on the farm! The house was exactly what we needed and the location is perfect if you are checking out the different distilleries. Plus it’s a great bonus having a couple of animals to hang out with. We will definitely be returning.

Far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were more than accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The property was spotless, check-in and check-out was flawless. Our fur baby was not only welcome but fresh water was waiting for her in a dog bowl when we arrived! The hosts checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. Their property was in the perfect location, close to everything but far enough away that it was peaceful and relaxing. We look forward to going back!

Fantastic Place & Great Hosts

We went for a Thanksgiving celebration: my wife, my brother in law, our dog, and myself. Everything was beyond — well beyond — expectation. The "barndaminium" was spotless and very well supplied. Frankly, we cannot imagine a better stay.

Fun and relaxing

From start to finish this listing is great. Awesome communication with the owner, well maintained and ideal proximity to many distilleries and wineries. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed our time on the farm and we will be back.

Weekend away

We had such a lovely time at the farm! We were in town for the weekend for a wedding at Buffalo trace, and this location provided the perfect little getaway for my family and dog. We loved giving pets to Karl and Molly and seeing the horses. Highly recommend!

Does it get any better than horses and bourbon? I think NOT! We are right on the bourbon trail with access to all that the bluegrass has to offer. Distilleries, wineries, hiking, and horse racing are all just minutes away.

After your long day of sight seeing you can end it with a soak in the hot tub, a cocktail on the patio or a quiet evening walk on the trails. The relaxation is endless here on our farm!
