Welcome to The Pines 202 - a bright and cozy condo for you to call your home away from home while visiting Steamboat Springs. This second story condo spans across one level with an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Down the hall you can find a bathroom, guest bedroom, and master bedroom with an en suite bath. You can also find hallway storage, and a private washer/dryer.

This condo comes fully stocked with linens, soaps and paper goods and the kitchen will have all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, smart tv, and brand new sleeper sofa that has room for 2. The dining area has a table for 4, with seating for 2 more at the kitchen bar. Off of the dining area is an outdoor patio w/ grill.

The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, and a dresser with plenty of storage for your things. The guest bathroom is a full baht, with a large shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet for storage, and an ensuite bath. This master bath has his and hers sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

Just a short walk from the condo entrance you can find 2 sets of outdoor hot tubs for guest use. There is also a 1 car garage for guests to use for storage or parking, and first come first serve parking spaces for another car.

This condo is conveniently located just steps away from the local grocery & liquor stores. You can also get on the local free shuttle at the entrance to the condo complex. This free shuttle can take you to the ski resort, or downtown to all the amazing restaurants & shops.

Homey and nice

A great place to stay with large master bath and although it's not super fancy it was well done stone sills and heads over all the windows and nice wood- a deck and close to the hot tub. Two parking spaces made it nice and close to the shuttle. Not a huge living area but worked well for us.

Great property!

The property is exactly as pictured and in a great location! The property is very spacious. Parking is easy and the garage is definitely a plus. We experienced some initial challenges at check in that were immediately addressed by Taylor and Alex from the property management team.

Girly Pop Ski Weekend

Girls ski weekend and reunion in Steamboat springs went off without a hitch! From the cozy, beautifully furnished home, to the relaxing jacuzzi, to the ease of going to and from the mountain and downtown - my friends and I are already excited to return next winter. If you’re between two listings, this is your sign to pick this one.

Best of the Best in Steamboat Lodging!

The Pines 202 was nothing short of PERFECT! This is by far the best condo we've ever stayed in over 12 years of traveling to Steamboat. The condo is new and well appointed, has lots of natural light, a great fireplace, and washer and dryer in unit. The location is great, nestled between the mountain and downtown Steamboat, and the free shuttles run regularly which is a big plus! The 2 community hot tubs have nice strong jets which is nice after hitting the slopes, plus they covered, which is nice during a snow storm. We will definitely return!

Boat Powder - Amazing Stay

Great location - such a wonderful place. We rent out our ski places...always so happy to meet the folks who care as much as we do!!! Loved the place. Can we go back next week?

Great location, clean & comfy

We were in town for the Steamboat Gravel Race and loved this place! There’s a great bike path (Yampa River Trail) across the highway that takes you right into town (2 miles). Very easy access to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. The unit is very clean & comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We will def stay here again!

Extremely Nice Unit

We arrived to a very clean and well maintained unit. The amenities were perfect and there was nothing that we didn't have or need for our stay. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was everything we expected and more. It is in a great location and the area around the unit is very well maintained. The Steamboat area is also amazing with many restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. I have stayed in many condos and this was right at the top of the list. I would highly recommend it to anyone and I know you would enjoy it like we did!

Ski Trip

This is a great location if you are planning a ski trip to Steamboat. It's a quick 5-10 minute drive to the parking lot or dropoff area. WalMart is very close to this location as well. We had 4 adults in our group which was perfect. Kitchen has the bare essentials if you are planning to cook during your stay.

Great experience!

Warm, clean, modern place that felt like a home-away-from-home. The mountain views were stunning to wake up to each morning! Really easy check-in, had just about everything we needed, and loved getting to relax in the hot tub after skiing. Best part for us was the location: close to hiking trails, right on bus route (a little confusing to figure out at first but we called DOT and they were super helpful) and bike/walking path, roughly a mile to town and the lifts, & short walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, and a few restaurants. We plan on coming back to this place in the summer

Awesome place, great location!

This place made it an awesome ski weekend for us. It easily sleepy out large group, had new furniture, and was in an awesome location, minutes from the mountain and town on the bus! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a steamboat vacation!

Perfect

This place has it all. Walk to groceries/ski shops/restaurants. EASY bus rides to anywhere in mtn or town areas. Multiple hot tubs. The interior has a great living/dining/kitchen area and owners had a Bluetooth speaker to use. Everything was super clean. Room in closets to toss gear/suitcases/etc. beds are comfy.

LOVE this place!

Our family of 6 adults stayed in this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for all us. I am a stickler for cleanliness and it exceeded my expectations. Fully stocked kitchen with VERY comfortable beds. We were able to walk and bike everywhere, and two nights we took the shuttle to town for dinner… Very accessible to our favorite restaurants. We are already planning our ski week to book this winter!! This condo is a definite keeper!

Great place!!!

What a wonderful and clean place and location! We have been to Steamboat on several occasions, and this was our favorite stay yet. Everything was clean and to perfection (which keeps the Mrs. happy!) we can’t wait to return!
