• Two bathrooms: each with shower and toilet and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, etc.).
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A living room: Smart television, sofa, chairs, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A fully equipped kitchen: hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Check-out: The check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. If you need a late check-out or an early check-in, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and any associated fees will be clearly communicated.
A concierge agent will send you the contact details of a representative who will hand over the keys and answer any questions you have about the apartment and the neighborhood.
Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit is required to access the property, payable only by credit card via SWIKLY. It will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.

Lovely apartment
We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 4 and having separate rooms for the two teenagers was great. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with modern features and lovely furnishings. The area was also great with easy access to metro stations, shops, restaurants, etc. We definitely recommend this property and would absolutely book it again in the future.

The apartment was charming, the area ideal and located perfectly to the metro and train stations. I would say communication was a little challenging, and the third party payment platform was not ideal either. But the greeter was amazing and the host allowed us to arrive a few hours earlier than check in time which was very generous and helpful. I would say the only thing the apartment it’s self was lacking was little things like some hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms, a full length mirror would of been much appreciated for getting ready, more hangers in closets for unpacking and some more subtle or indirect lighting in the living room space for relaxing as a group would be a welcome addition. All that said I would definitely recommend and rebook for another stay.

Loved this apartment in Paris, close to the Gare Du Nord - which allowed easy travel to and within Paris from trains or subways. The apartment was a little smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but it wasn't horrible - the large living room was adequate for our needs (6 people).The 3 bedrooms were a little tight, but the queen beds were comfortable. One bedroom had a small attached 1/2 bath (stand-up shower and sink). The toilet room was accessible from the hall with it's own cute little sink. The other 1/2 bath was also connected to the hall. This bath was a little larger, and had a stand-up shower and full-size sink.The kitchen had a fridge (not huge, but adequate), microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer (no dyer - as is common in France), Keurig, and toaster.The apartment itself was wonderful and we loved it. The only issues I had all deal with the fact that this listing is associated with another company and the worry that came with using a 3rd party for payments (not VRBO and its safeguards). The 3rd party was easy to communicate with and they were available to answer all questions, but traveling from USA to France and not knowing if your payment was accepted and if the apartment was going to actually be available caused a little stress in my life. But, in the end it all worked out great and the apartment was great.

Great Apartment in a Good Location
This was a great apartment in a good location. Layout was good with separate bedroom space for 2 adults and a teenager. Check-in communication was very good, and Samuel was very helpful with getting us settled and oriented to the area. Metro station, grocery and restaurants close by. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchen was equipped for our needs, and it was helpful to have a clothes washer and drying rack available.Only criticism is about the process with the damage deposit. Inconsistent info posted on platform. Poor communication about the return of the deposit. The apartment itself is great, but the damage deposit process needs improvement.

Our stay was great. Our host stayed in contact with us through some delayed enroute to the apartment and stuck around to meet us to show us how to get into the apartment. He also stayed in contact throughout our entire stay. We had a light bulb burn out, and told our host there was no rush on replacing it, and it was replaced when we got back after a day of exploring the city. Note to renters from the US who arent used to how building floors are numbered in europe. This apartment is on 2nd floor, which would be what we'd call the 3rd floor here in the states.Apartment was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The neighborhood is nice and has plenty of food options and access to multiple metro trains plus Gare du Noord is litterally a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when travelling with more than myself or myself and my fiancé.

Excellent hébergement, récemment rénové. Entrée par une cour interieure auquelle on accède grace à un code à l' entrée; et une seconde porte pour l' immeuble de l' appart, qui est au fond de la cour. Donc sdcuritaireExcellent accueil de Fabio. 2ieme etage, pas d' ascenceur.Bonne fenestration et ventilateurs. 3 chambres et 2 sdb: nous etions 2 couples et c' était parfait. Pres de la Gare du Nord et commerces de proximitè à faible distance de marche.La cuisine est moderne : manque un peu d' ustensiles, spatules, linge de vaisselle, etc pour la cuisine et une seule poêle à frire.Cafetiere Nespresso fournie avec quelques capsules: en apporter plus si vous etes plusieurs personnes ou plusieurs jours; Même chose pour le papier de toilette.Grands lits( Queen) tres confortables et literie douillette blanche. Beaucoup de prises electriques.Au final, nous le recommendons!
