Welcome to ‘Beachin’ at Gigi’s’! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom is a short block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and Atlantic Ocean. Large open kitchen/dining/living area layout allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. Living area comes with all the comforts of home with plush furnishings and TV for your enjoyment; continue throughout the home and you will find inviting and open bedrooms. Exterior amenities include covered porches to relax, a private pool, and ample parking for five vehicles. Seasonal pool heat available for an added fee.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Fun For The Fam

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Surfside now for several years. We have stayed at Beachin' at Gigi's for the last few years. The kitchen is fully stocked at the owner's do their best to have most everything you need to enjoy your stay. They do however, need to replace the table by the pool. It is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced. Possibly they are just not aware it is in bad shape because they have very nice porch furniture. I will have to say the cleaning staff needs to do a little better job with cleaning the floors.

Desenberg Family Vacation

Overall experience was good. The queen size beds were more like double beds. The cleanliness of everything was good except the floors and carpet. They could not have been cleaned or vacuumed from previous renters. I wore flip flops so my feet would not get dirty. There were m&m’s under several pieces of furniture along with removable fingernails. I ended up mopping the entire dining and sitting area. Had several issues that were attended to quickly and the gentlemen that came were very nice.

Nice Place, Great Location but a Little Gross

It was obvious the place was not cleaned or even walked through before we walked in because there was dead cockroaches all over the floor - in multiple rooms.. kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. And they were HUGE! We have 3 kids 4 and under and the thought of having them walk and crawl on these floors disgusted me. I vacuumed the first floor when we arrived and filled the vacuum tank, which obviously meant the house was not cleaned. The glass tables were covered in marks and finger prints so those were never wiped off. I had to wipe down all of the counter tops and tables and mop the floors. Thankfully we brought cleaning supplies because I couldn’t let my kids into this house until it was cleaned - especially after seeing how much I vacuumed up and all of the bugs. I was happy to see all of the appliances that they had there, especially the blender because we use one multiple times a day and mine was too large to bring along with us.. but theirs was covered in mold.. :/ I was quite surprised how much nicer the pictures made this place look because it doesn’t look much like that in person. It does not have a very pleasant smell - a little dirty and musty smelling especially on the first floor. Besides all of that, it’s a really nice location - short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed having a private pool as well - other than the pool light not working :( I feel bad writing a note so great review, it could be a much nicer place. For how much you have to pay for the “cleaning fee” there’s absolutely no reason it should have looked the way it did.
