Beautiful 140 m² holiday home in Saint Georges de Didonne (Rue Pierre de Ronsard) that can accommodate up to 12 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. The property is spread over three levels. The holiday home is peaceful, bright, and ideally located 5 minutes from the beach and in the forest; an ideal setting for relaxation. The 1150 m² plot is fully enclosed. The entrance to the house opens onto the living area, comprising a lounge and a dining room. The lounge area offers a large sofa and armchairs, a television, internet (fiber optic), and board games. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate all the guests. This space adjoins the open kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need (filter coffee makers and Senseo), oven, fridge, dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster….
The bay window visible from this room will give you direct access to the outside. The garden is enclosed and provides all the necessary outdoor furniture (garden set, table and chairs) to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. On the same level (the first floor) are 3 bedrooms distributed as follows: A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage. A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), an en-suite shower room and a desk. A third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room. A separate toilet is located on the first floor. An additional shower room is available. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a desk. A fourth bedroom (known as the dormitory) is available with one single bed (90cm) and two double beds (140cm) (sleeps 4). A second toilet is located on this same floor. In the basement, you can hang your laundry, use the washing machine, and access a refrigerator/freezer. PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles are left in the garage; they are neither serviced nor available for tenants' use. It is strictly forbidden to use it. PGJyPg No barrier on the stairs leading to the upper floor. From 10:00 PM to midnight, arrivals will be charged an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €30.
