Updates include kit. cabinets, new granite thruout, new bathroom vanities & sinks, a new shower/ tub, new paint / wallpaper thruout, new lighting/ ceiling fans, new shiplap, new anti microbial door knobs, new decor & highend finishes thruout! Also a new beautiful live edge slab dining table! Enjoy the 27’ balcony overlooking the largest single pool on the island along with the beautiful white sand beach & emerald waters of the gulf! Our family (5 adults & 3 children) had a great time at this condo! The condo was clean & well stocked for our stay. Communication was very easy as well! The beach front view was amazing & there is convenient access to the beach. We also spent a good bit of time at the pool which we really enjoyed! We would stay here again!

Our stay at your condo was Amazing! Absolutely Beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach. The water was so clear and beautiful, and the room came with a set up of an umbrella and two chairs every day. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and very close to dining and Destin. Thank you for a Wonderful week! We cant wait to come back!

Beautiful January getaway

We enjoyed our stay which included a historic snowfall! The time with family and friends framed in the location will be rembered for years to come. Communication with host was excellent, accommodations were comfortable, and met our needs. We would love to come back!

This was our best beach vacation EVER! IBR was perfect! The property manager is great! This property did not disappoint! Easy beach access, gorgeous views, the air conditioning was perfect, it keeps the unit very cool! Every bedroom has its own bath which worked out great! I highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be staying here next summer!

Beautiful location right on the beach

You can’t beat this location! It is directly on the beach. We loved walking on the beach each day and even though it was November our grandson loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The condo was clean with plenty of room for our family.

Very nice condo

This condo is very nice and was very clean. We had a great experience staying here. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. The view is perfect from the huge balcony. I can not think of anything negative to say about this property.

This was our first trip to the area and we didn’t know what to expect. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The location was good - not in a busy/noisy area but convenient to things we wanted to do.

The condo was great! Kitchen stocked very well with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils and silverware. Plenty of room for the six adults it was so great to have 3 bathrooms so each couple had their own. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular! Keri ,the manager, was super great to work with!

Amazing Property

We came down with our four children and loved the property. The decor in the room was beautiful and peaceful. The room itself was the best stocked unit we’ve stayed in and it was easy access to the beach and parking lot. The condo itself is in a great location, more secluded than others. We loved staying in 5010 and would book it again in a heartbeat!

The property was amazing. The finishes in the condo were great. There was plenty of room and it had everything that we needed from the minute we walked in. We started talking about the next trip that we were going to take to that condo. We had never been to Fort Walton Beach and it was beautiful will definitely be back!!

Absolutely spotless. The view was fantastic and the owners were very helpful. This was probably our most favorite condo we have stayed in. Very comfy and cozy! Very well equipped. Only thing I wish they had was a crock pot. Everything else was furnished. Great stay!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is exceptional! They have spared no expense on furniture, decor, etc. Condo well equipped with everything needed. Great location & view. Property Manager was readily available & answered my emails instantly. One of the best condo's we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again! We hated to leave.

Well stocked unit!

Three couples celebrating our 35th Anniversaries - lovely condo. We have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked! Spices galore, cleaning products, paper products, the list goes on. The unit was tidy and well kept. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

Great condo for our family of six, two adults (65+), two adults (35+), and two kids (8 + 11). Plenty of room, great views, and on a very quiet end of the property (not near the elevators). The pictures of the condo are spot on. Multiple dolphin sightings from the deck. Easy access to the beach and pool. Keri was very helpful getting all the needed information to me. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, the listing said the 3rd bedroom had 2 queen beds but they were full size. That would’ve been good for small children but not adults. I would not book again for that reason.
