Azure Condos es la dirección de golfo más prestigiosa de la isla de Okaloosa. Su arquitectura mediterránea es hermosa y elegante. Esta unidad del piso superior está perfectamente ubicada en el lado oeste del edificio para obtener fantásticas vistas del golfo y las puestas de sol sobre el sonido. Servicios dentro del condominio: encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora grandes, acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad, bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas en la habitación principal con ducha separada y vestidor, televisores de pantalla plana por cable (55 "en LR), con Reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar.
La unidad 620, con 1390 pies cuadrados, es una de las unidades más grandes en el lado oeste; También tiene un balcón de más de 25 pies de ancho. Azure tiene una sala de ejercicios totalmente equipada, 2 piscinas (una climatizada en invierno) con parque para niños, 2 bañeras de hidromasaje, estacionamiento cubierto y seguro, sillas de playa y sombrillas incluidas en la temporada, y 515 pies de espectacular suave, Playa de arena blanca. Clean and spacious!!

Very clean!We had a group of 7! One 17 and everyone else 18 and up. Plenty of room to move around. Balcony was very spacious! (It is a side view so you are not directly looking at the beach. . But still beautiful!)Loved that it came with an umbrella and beach chairs. Communication letting me know when it was clean was great. And quick replies to any questions I may have had. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Have been staying at Azure for several years and at this condo twice. The beds in the guest bedroom were a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Condo was great for our needs. Everything was very clean and organized. Had an issue with AC unit and owners had it fixed that evening while we were out to eat. Great owners, and great condo.

Condo was clean, quiet and perfect for our family. 2 large pools with small splash pad. Easy walk to beach. There are a few minor repairs owner could make to condo but did not damper our vacation. Property manager was prompt to respond to questions.

Nice Condo and view

The condo was wonderful and provided enough space for us to coexist comfortably. The view was great, and the weather was wonderful. We weren't very excited seeing a Gentleman's Club across the street when we arrived, but we didn't notice any issues from there effecting our stay as the week progressed. Thanks!

I appreciate that you enjoyed the condo and amenities, but totally confused by your comments about a gentleman’s club. Across the street is a new miniature golf with ice cream shop and A J’s Oyster House restaurant a little farther down. There is not a gentleman’s club visible around the condo.

Week away

I found the unit to be just as described. It was very nice and was just what we needed for our little week away. Only concern was late at night there were people walking around outside being extremely loud. This has no reflection on the unit itself.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo. All was as described- the only issue was communication with the owner. She said her computer crashed and it was a struggle Communicating with her. I saw some comments about parking being a long distance away but there was a shortcut you could take if you park on the main level of the parking garage. Washer and dryer worked great. There was a broken chair on the balcony but plenty of others to sit in. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Girls trip

The unit was nice. Could stand a few upgrades on appliances but we only cook breakfast so not a big deal for us. The property is in good shape but the pool has no shade from umbrellas or trees which in the heat of day made the pool unusable. Not the fault of unit owner but needs to be brought to attention of property management.

The floors were very dirty. The garbage disposal didn’t work, the master bathroom toilet area Exhaust fan worked intermittently. The refrigerator side took nearly 6 hours to sufficiently cool down to protect the food we bought. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work as well.You should bring toilet paper, shower towels and wash cloths, dishwasher pods and washing machine pods and fabric softener.Also, you only get two beach chairs and one umbrella so bring your own beach chairs etc.Overall, the condo was the typical rental unit with obvious signs of wear and tear.The view was good and overall we had a great time.

Communication poor from beginning to end. water was shut off upon arrival had to track somedown to find out why. Tried to check in early without return call. check out is at 9 am which is hard with traveling with children yet check in is late 5pm. Elevator h asnocirculation hot amd smelly in AUgust.

Great location

We have stayed on Okaloosa Island several times but this was the first time at Azure. It is a bigger complexx but seemed to have plenty of room at both pools and on the beach. I didn't think the concierge people were very helpful and didn't smile, seemed like I was bothering them when I tried asking questions. Our unit was very nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed to do our own cooking. I spoke to our owner when we couldn't get a hold of the property mgr and he was very helpful. I know Keri, the mgr, was busy during the times we tried getting her and she did get back to us eventually. We really like this general location, as it is close to restaurants and the bridge. We had 5 adults and 2 young children and we had enough space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs some TLC and improved communication

Had trouble getting in the day we arrived. Never received email instructions. Sent message to manager and had to wait on responses. Room needs a lot of easy maintenance that would not take much to do. Felt the price was high for the condition of the rental. Balcony furniture in dire need of replacement. One chair completely broke. Clumps of hair in one of the showers. Doors hard to open and close, door hardware in kitchen all loose. toilet paper holders loose. Just needs some maintenance and updates.

Exceeded my expectations

My wife and I met and married in Ft. Walton Beach 45 years ago and have been back for visits numerous times. The Azure complex is by far the nicest property we rented so far. The unit was clean and we especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. Even though the view was a partial one since the condo was on the west side, we saw dolphins everyday and enjoyed the view from the sixth floor. My grandkids, 5 & 9 years old enjoyed the splash pool as well as the swimming pool. It was nice having two chairs set up for us on the beach but I recommend going down around 9 am to get the spot you want. We had a little trouble with the parking since we had a car top carrier and could not leave it on unless we found parking on the first level which by the second day we gave up and took the carrier off and stored it on the balcony. My wife was the only one of the six of us who drank coffee and I found a nice coffee place right next to the miniature golf business across the street where they only serve coffee. We will be returning to Ft. Walton and will definitely look at the Azure as our most desired place to stay.

Annual Family trip

Overall the condo met our needs. The positives were the kitchen was well stocked, location was great and balcony was wonderful view. The unfortunates: there is no easy way from the parking deck to the condos, the set up is beyond ridiculous | the condo needs a deep cleaning and it’s still June so not at the height of peak | there needs to be a rug upon entrance of the condo - sand is inevitable at the beach but some sort of rug when you enter would be ideal | more bath towels! | balcony furniture needs updated or cushions, two are half broken | dryer takes several cycles to dry beach towels. These are nit picky things and wouldn’t stop me from staying there, more so suggestions. Kudos to alll the beach supplies, TONS of chairs, boogie boards, and toys!!! One last comment, the condo patrol people are a bit over the top on enforcing their STRICT pool opens at 9am (which in truth is sorta late for families who have early risers). My 66 yr old mother was sitting in a chair at the pool alone - not in the water @ 8:30 simply cause she was up and wanted to sit outside in the sun, the pool patrol man (who is beyond rude - people complained all week) yelled at her because she placed her towel out on the chair beside her to Sun dry as it hadn’t dried overnight. She was NOT saving a seat and NO ONE was around. We just think there needs to be some general common sense rules applied to a elderly woman sitting at the pool 30 mins before it opens.

A lovely condo!

This 5 star review is for the condo itself. It was a pleasure to stay in this unit. Well furnished and nicely looked after if I were to stay at the Azure again this unit would be a great choice. I actually really enjoyed the balcony. As described it is a side view but you can absolutely enjoy a beach view during the day with the benefit of the island lights view in the evening. It took us a little to figure out the best parking but if you are ok parking outside the first outside level has a walkway directly into the complex. Then hang right and head to the corner elevator. It lets out just 2 units away from 620. If you have any sort of rolling cart to help with groceries that you could bring you would be in great shape! This complex is very family oriented and so the beach set up was different from our previous experiences at other complexes but I would not hesitate in choosing this again if we were to come off season!!

Beautiful condo

We had a great time on our vacation! The condo was beautiful, I feel what they pay those cleaning people it should have been cleaner, but we did not mention it! The floor in kitchen area needs repaired! The condo had everything you needed for a great vacation! On the balcony there was some floats and sand toys!

Pure Happiness

Our family beach vacation was fantastic ! This is truly a family destination. Our group ranged in age from 8 - 75 years old. The beach, ocean and pools are beautiful. The online pictures were spot on. The view from the balcony is not a direct view, which is stated online. But believe me it doesn't matter. The view is beautiful and can also be seen from inside. So please, do not be discourage from a side view or you will be missing out. The balcony is huge and you will find yourself spending most of your time out there. This condo is beautiful and well supplied with everything you will need. The location is to everything is perfect. It is quiet here yet close enough to everything with a short walk. The ice cream shop is across the street and is so good. We visited it every night. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax then this is the place for you.
