Great place to stay, close to disney

This was a great place that met our needs really well. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice layout. Only issue I had was that the pool closed too early. I would have loved to go in the hot tub after a long day at Disney but it was closed by 8.

great value

This place was a much better place to stay than on Disney property. It was easy to get to Disney, and didn't take too long. The rates are much lower than even Disney's cheapest rooms. And instead of the whole family crammed into one Disney room, we got a full condo. It was clean, and quiet. We loved using the pool too!

This home is cute and far enough way to be more quiet but also close enough to be get to everything you need quickly and efficiently. Everything about the home was like the check in information said make it easy to find even after dark.

OK home, but lacks basic amenities

Overall the home was clean enough for what we needed, and comfy and homey enough to feel relaxed after long park days. The layout was perfect for us. Our stay was just “ok” - we requested early check-in, which could not be honoured so we showed up on time for 4pm. We were met by maintenance men telling us we could not use the bathtubs/showers for a couple of hours as they had just re-caulked them. A bit annoying after travelling from out of country with kids in tow for the last 20+ hours! There was debris left in the tub, and the floors had obviously not been washed/cleaned in a while. Otherwise the cleanliness was fine. Our biggest issue was the lack of supplies provided. When asked to supply more, we were told this wasn’t offered as all we were entitled to was a “welcome package.” Keep in mind we were a family of 5 (with kids) staying for 14 days!! We were given 5 towels, a couple facecloths and one dish towel. A new sponge to wash dishes. The ad stated laundry available to use (a huge selling feature when we booked the place) and we were given 6 laundry pods - Nevermind laundry, towels need to be washed a few times when on vacation, especially with no extras! There was only a tiny bottle of dish soap (and not many plates, we had to dishes after each meal to have enough), and only a few dishwasher pods. No hand soap, 2 garbage bags, only one roll of paper towel and about 10 rolls of 1-ply toilet paper. When asked for more toilet paper near the end of our trip we were told we’d have to go buy our own. We ended up having to go out to the grocery store on a couple occasions and buy things like extra beach towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, etc - it truly felt like camping. Had we known, we would have maybe decided to stay in a hotel instead as these would have been provided and saved us time and money. It also took several messages and several weeks after returning from our trip for them to issue us a refund that was promised at the beginning of our trip. Food for thought before booking!!

Very nice condo

Very very nice house. They need to work on how they do everything though. The housekeeping was still there at 4pm when we checked in and 2 sinks didnt work none of the tvs worked and our pots and pans were all woren and disformed. The upstairs bathroom also had a dirty shower curtain. Most of it was fixed in a timely manner. But we werent offered anything for all the problems. It was beautiful and bc the house was so beautiful id do it again but they need to fix those things.

Great location

We have stayed at this location before and this was probably the best unit. We normally are here approximately 2 months The problem is the pool is not heated and the hot tub becomes the kiddie pool and every year there is less and less seating. No one seems to want to address this problem. If they could fix some of these things it would be outstanding.

Great Cozy Vacation Home

The home was very cozy and very welcoming the only thing that was wrong was that the water pressure in the bathroom in the top floor was poor. One of the tv’s in the rooms didn’t work and the toaster of one of the side didn’t work but overall everything was good. Also the top rooms if the vents to the rooms are not opened the room will get warm and it won’t get as cold if you like to sleep cold. It’s a very nice warm and welcoming home to vacationing!!! Will be going back soon!!!!

Great location

This property was perfect for our family and friend who joined us. The location is very convenient to the parks as well as grocery, shopping, and dining. The layout with 3 br 2 ba was perfect. It was immaculate when we arrived. The gated community is very family friendly. The pool was also really nice, and very clean. I loved having a door code instead of tracking keys. Would 1 billion percent stay at this property again.
