Un moderno y limpio apartamento / casa adosada de 3 habitaciones convenientemente ubicado a la salida de la carretera interestatal 192 de los EE. El camino hacia la puerta principal de Disney está a solo cinco millas de distancia, en 192 West.

La unidad está equipada con una cocina completa y todos sus accesorios. También está a una o dos millas de distancia de los principales restaurantes y centros comerciales. Tanto Target como Walmart están a menos de cinco minutos.

La asociación Club Cortile ofrece una casa club, con acceso a Internet / Wi-Fi. Un gimnasio para los huéspedes del Club Cortile, una gran piscina tranquila, un área de picnic y un área de juegos para niños.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Condo is in a great spot for Disney! Very few minor issues with condo amenities that I am certain will be fixed! Overall great stay for what we needed it for!

Nice stay, absolutely loved it!!

Place is maintained clean and the check in process was smooth. We went with one more family and we absolutely loved the home, community and the location. Lake view back of the apartment is amazing. Many good eating places near by and felt safe. Always received prompt responses with in few minutes.

Incredible location

I don’t even know where to begin. This apartment was just like the pictures and even better! It is located right on plaza Santa Cruz, a historic area by the gardens and just a 5 minute walk from the Alcazar. We were within a few minutes walk to everything Sevilla had to offer. The apartment is clean and spacious with three bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. It is quiet and very peaceful. The staff at Genteel Home who manage the property are very responsive and had great recommendations. We felt so fortunate to have found this apartment and hope to be back soon.

10 week stay in Kissimmee condo

Property needs some updating and repairs. Kitchen equiped for short stays but needs some additions for longer stays. We needed to buy a can opener, bigger coffee maker and electric fry pan. Stove elements and kitchen tap need to be replaced/repaired but they are in workable condition(barely) so we did not complain to owner while we were there.

Security was so good after a day or two it would not let us in. Followed directions just a hassel.

We left some items in unit when we left, 2-sweatshirts and a blood pressure machine. The cleaning crew from them and they have been sent to Wisconsin. We wee impressed and very thankful. We have stayed at resort for a number of years, but when we arrived at Club Cortile, Kissimmee it looked more like a low income housing project than a resort. The unit was clean, but the sheets and towels where worn and over used. One morning when I walked into the kitchen and flip on the light, I was greeted by brown roaches running for a place to hide. There was insect [roach killer] spray under the kitchen sink which I used every day, but almost every morning there where roaches scurrying for cover. The club house and attendant were nice and very helpful, even getting us a lock smith when we got locked out of our unit.

End of march stay

Our stay was lovely. When we first walked in it smelled like they just cleaned it. Bleach and clorax scented. They had a pool, washer and dryer, ironing board, hair dryer as advertised. California king bed for master and queen for the second two twins for the third. There were small things we settled for that we didnt mind. Its an apt. Not a house so you have to checkin everytime to get in teh complex but the host were excellent 👌 at being reached and are willing helpful. There is cable in every room not a smart tv but it made the famliy closer watching old movies together.The only thing we didnt like, no fault to the host, was that the ceiling were to thin. The updtair nieghbors started their night at 10:30pm. Just waited a bit maybe til 1am and you will sleep fine. Lastly the tolites sat pretty low. Not a huge deal. Aside from those two things we had a great time. The best part about staying here was its in the best location. So close to the parks and the street full of activities to do. Near sam club and food trucks. I was so glad avoiding traffic in the morning and night as we traveled around and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay again. Its sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Its not a theme house so im not disappointed in the decor. All the basic needs are provided. 4.7stars

It's really bad...

I was hesitant to write a negative review because I honestly feel bad but after speaking to many people, they say it's imperative that I let others know. Anyway, it's really bad.... We walked in and the AC was off so it was hot and smelled horrible. We turned on the lights and roaches went running all around the floor and on the counter tops of the kitchen. I should have known better because I read this in the reviews and thought, "OH the owner would definitely have that taken care of his so many customers mentioned it". BUT no, there were small and large roaches everywhere. Also, there is a reason there are no pictures of the other two bedrooms. They have this dark green, very old looking carpet. The bed sheets are from the 70's I believe like furry black and red colors like from an old school motel. It was very unpleasant to have to sleep on them. Honestly, we arrived in Orlando at 11:00pm after a 6 hour drive with a 2 year old. I was not in the position to leave and look for another place to stay but if the circumstances were different, I would have 100% left the property. There was piles of dirt (I believe) in the corners of the bathrooms and kitchen. One of the bedrooms with the green carpet had a cat urine smell. Guys, this place was really bad. Everything was super outdated like artificial plants covered in dust all over that looked like they've been there for 10 years. The bathroom shower head was 100 years old full of soup scum. I notified the owner that night at 1:00am and she responded right away saying she apologized and will send a cleaning lady the following morning. Which she did so that was nice but honestly, I had already cleaned myself and had been through a lot with this property. Honestly, the owner needs to spend a couple hundred or thousand dollars to renovate this place. New bedsheets, change old green carpet, buy new furniture for bedrooms and family area, new faucets... the works. Never ever will I stay here again.

We appreciate any feedback but your feedback is a bit exaggerated. As soon as I was made aware of the situation I promptly scheduled for cleaning and pest control but you didn’t answer your phone, didn’t return my call and took the keys with you making impossible to remediate the situation. I had to reschedule the cleaning and pest control because it was a Sunday and no pest control companies work on Sunday. The place was clean, had enough towels and spare beddings but you still complained. All the beddings are new, including the sheets but you still complained. The fact that you don’t appreciate the decor or the color of the carpet doesn’t make the place inadequate. Unfortunately we can’t please everyone and you weren’t pleased from the minute you couldn’t avoid having to rent through the website because of the extra fees they charge. I wish you the best, just had to be honest about the whole story.

Our experience

Great location. 14 min to magic kingdom. Straight drive Main road for stores. Owner admits condo is very simple. Master bed squicks. Kitchen basic pots and pans. People walk very loud upstairs. Up early you won't need an alarm. Pool is great. On a couple days no one was at the pool. If you are looking for a step up from simple this is not the place. If you are looking for inexpensive. Close to the parks Clean. Owner responded right away when contacted. Gated community. If you are not fussy this is the place for you. You have three bedrooms air conditioning hot water. I would not have any concerns returning here again.

Very comfortable and spacey

Very easy to get to and close to stores and restaurants. I was able to park my car in front of the door. Inside was very spacious with 3 bedrooms. Great for family's with kids. Clean and comfortable.

Safe and Clean

Safe, clean, and quiet area. All residents were friendly and respectful. We got to our condo at 11:45 PM because our flight had a 4-hour-delay. When we had difficulty to open the lock box for the house key we call the owner and she helped us. Luciana the owner was available 24 hours for us. Nobody was allowed to our area without the security approval. Thank you Luciana.

Good rental and area

We visited family in the area and went to Cocoa beach and to SeaWorld during our stay. The rental was near all the things we wanted to do, was in a safe location and had good security. We would rent again.

I was not satisfying at all it was my anniversary very disappointing could have given me a better stay especially after I expressed that it was our anniversary the place needs a total upgrade the mattress was so uncomfortable the bed head noisy hitting the wall oh the neighbor above us or beside us was so noisy you would have thought it was 10 kids there all night more than likely I never stay there again never been so disappointed

Very clean!

The host was fast to respond to any problems we had. The unit was much nicer than the photos . I was very surprised to find it was exceptionally clean . Super fast WiFi . The cook wear was nice plenty of sheets and dishes . It was all around a nice stay . I would definitely stay again.

BEWARE OF THIS OWNER!!

If you must rent here, take pictures of all issues at this property when you first arrive, as the owner will blame you for all broken, burned , cracked items or areas. She will keep your deposit knowing full well the burn (in our case),etc was already there before you arrive. I spent over a day cleaning this home because I needed to feel comfortable there. Cleaned bathroom fans as they were full of dust. When covers were removed, dead cockroaches fell out on the floor (took pictures). The tubs were disgusting and the main toilet was filthy. Had to clean all of this place just to feel comfortable. It is clean now as I did it. It cost us $35.00 just for cleaning supplies and toiletries. There was a vacuum that was to be used on carpets but there was hair wrapped around beater bar. Had to clean it off before it could run properly. I could go on about this property and its owner forever but its not worth it. All I can say is DON'T STAY HERE AS IT WAS FILTHY WHEN WE ARRIVED (when we left it was clean) AND THE OWNER IS DISHONEST> BEWARE!!!!!

Excellent home for our vacation

We stayed here in this vacation home during the Christmas Holidays, and we fully enjoyed staying in this home. As stated the house is very close to the Disney Parks and very secured. There is a confusion whether it is 1 bath or 2 bath, but I communicated this with Luciana and got a quick response that it is 2 full bath. The house is neat and equipped with all the required things to enjoy our vacation. We did not spot any roaches during our stay. Only thing is that there are not enough toilet rolls, and we have to bring them from outside. The check-in process and security check at the gate entrance are seamless. The Deposit amount refund also processed in less than a week.
