Great family house

A rare 2 story spacious home. Was a great place for a family vacation. In the middle of Englewood, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Glad we booked hear for sure.

wonderful trip

The house, the outdoor area all of it was wonderful!! The house was very clean, pool and dock area were wonderful places to hang out. The owner was very responsive with a couple of questions we had. would love to stay again

Spacious house

The house is big and clear, with enough space to feel comfortable. It is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Unfortunately The cleaning was not good, especially of the kitchen area and ground level. the owner should pay attention to this because the house itself has a lot of potential.

Family get away

Everything about this house was great. The host is very fast at responding to questions. House is clean, rooms are spacious everything you need is right there. If my family is out that way again we will surely stay here if it’s available.

Lovely place

The house, pool, and canal were all wonderful. My son caught his first fish and crabs which were delicious. Boca Grande was our beach of choice and it was a nice drive and $6 to access the island. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful, spacious home, great layout for a group. Very clean, had everything we needed, even some beach stuff. Pool was great! (No hot tub). Crab traps were fun, and crabs good to eat. Great location , close to Gasprilla and Englewood beach’s, many great restaurants, ,shopping and churches close by. Sofia was great to work with, she was easy to contact, quick to respond to any needs or questions.

No hot tub!!!

Probably the biggest complaint that all seven of us have is that there is no hot tub as indicated in the listing. When I contacted the host about this, she indicated that there had been a whirlpool tub in the primary bath but that had been removed due to hurricane damage. There never has been a hot tub as indicated. We were all so looking forward to lounging in the pool and hot tub and when we arrived, there was not one. The pool was cold when we arrived and we had to wait to hear from the host to figure out how to turn it up and were not able to use it the first day we were there. The property itself was nice and fit our needs for beds and baths. Location was good for us and is as indicated in the listing. There are no instructions for anything in the house so you are left to yourself to figure out the TV's, pool heater, etc. The host did respond promptly the first two days but not the second half of our stay. She had indicated that there were check out instructions on the listing but the only thing on the listing was check in instructions. She did send this once we got ahold of her. We prefer not to have to contact the host and are appreciative of being provided with outlined instructions on the property. Biggest complaint is that we all had looked at the listing before booking and felt that we had been misled by the hot tub issue. I would suggest to the host that be removed from the listing as it is inaccurate.

Beautiful House

The Host made our stay very special. Special accommodations were made based on our request. The house is very specious and accommodated family of 9 comfortably. We enjoyed fishing at the canal and caught some cool fish. The house is close by beautiful beaches and warm mineral lake. We will definitely return!

With this amazing heated pool weather doesn't matter!

We had a great stay at this property and definitely enjoyed the pool as ocean was too cold for swimming. House is beautiful and spacious to accommodate a large family with kids. In addition to spending time in the pool, we absolutely loved fishing as this property's backyard is right on the canal! Kids had so much fun and we cannot wait to be back! Also, check out local KK bakery their coffee and pastries are so delicious!

Outstanding experience

Wow, what an beautiful home and overall awesome experience and the host Sofiya was incredible! We worked through some booking challenges with VRBO, she was always prompt to return all my texts and checked on us right after getting in to see if everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Don’t overlook this property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Vacation!

My family of 6, sister in law and father in law all enjoyed our stay! The house is located in a nice quiet neighbor. Checking in was easy, the house was nice and clean! My kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. It was some much needed relaxing time. We visited with family. The beaches are not far from the house. Plenty of great places to eat close by. The house manager was great! Always got back to me quickly and checked in to see if we were having a good time! Highly recommend this listing! 😁

Amazing place

It was perfect location for our group vacation. House was spotless, beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and fishing bay. We love the kitchen, we were able to cook our meals, lots of space. Easy to communicate with the host, They answered all the questions and recommended lots of amazing places to go! It was wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Where awesomeness meets relaxation

What an amazing and huge property right on the water! We were a large group of friends and family with kids of all ages. Stayed over July 4th Weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest! You can fish from their private dock (yes, fishing rods/accessories included), spend time by the pool (clean and well maintained), or just relax inside of the house (plenty of space for all). The host will recommend you top local dining spots, supermarkets (5 minutes away) or beaches (4-5 to choose from). No stress, just pure relaxation! Would definitely come back again!

Великий будинок все є для комфортного відпочинку , просторі кімнати є гараж басейн, вихід на канал де можна відпочити і по рибалити( є всі снасті для цього).Чистий басейн,лежаки комфортні крісла для релаксу. Повністю обладнаною кухнею з обідньою зоною .15-20 хв до океану з чудовими чистими пляжами. Поряд багато супермаркетів та кафе в радіусі 5 -10 хв. Рекомендую для сімейного відпочинку. Обов’язково повенемся

Family and friends stay

We enjoyed the ability to dock 2 boats on the canal. The grocery store was close as well as restaurants and beaches.
