This beautiful 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms luxury Apple Hill Retreat located 50 min from SouthTahoe, 45 min to Heavenly Ski Resort, 10 min~Sly Park for boating & fishing , 7 min~Apple Hill & wineries. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults and plenty of space for children. You'll love the spacious yard with a HOT TUB, gas fire pit, horseshoe, board games, an outdoor pavilion including large BBQ grill & pizza oven. This Villa is fully equipped to host your Holidays gathering this season! Fast streaming internet and EV charging avail.

About the space

An ideal place for family reunion or friends get together. Our spacious both indoor and outdoor will accommodate your group with endless of amenities. Our property of 3000+ sq ft included a separate Master-suite on the top floor, another Master-suite on the ground floor plus 3 other bedrooms on the ground floor. There’re 2 separate living rooms and 1 main kitchen, 1 kitchenette fully-stocked which is perfect for a large group with multiple families. Add’l 2 guest rooms attached to the main house available for additional fees. Please inquire if you’d like to add to your reservation.
Note- the Eldorado county ordinance is required for quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No visitors are allowed on the property except for guests under reservation during these hours.

Home was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. Especially enjoyed the smell of pine as you walked into the porch. Unfortunately it rained our entire stay so we weren’t able to enjoy any of the outside areas but they all appeared very nice.

Great location to Apple Hill farms and wineries. The house is large and laid out well. There is plenty of space to gather and enjoy family time. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, utensils and cookware. We had everything we needed to cook at home. The beds were comfortable and it was great having so many bedrooms on the main floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleanest property we've ever stayed at! Kimmy and John were greats hosts, very responsive to any questions or requests. We loved how spacious the home was and it had everything we needed for our small family weekend trip. We'd definitely book again if we're in the area. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home! Wonderful hosts!

Apple Hill has been a tradition for our family where many fond memories were made with our two daughters. The tradition continues now with six grandkids from 1year to 10 years old. This beautiful home accommodated the 12 of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids loved the house almost as much, if not more, than the apple farms and the lake nearby. Kimmy was especially responsive before and after we arrived with a few small concerns that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in this home. Well appointed with lots of extra touches. Loved the hot beverage basket and chips! The few glitches were handled and communication with the owner was nearly instant in response. Thanks Kimmy and John .

Absolutely magical stay!

This place was wonderful! The hosts were easy to communicate with, and had provisioned the place wonderfully. The space allowed for family to be together, but also for needed times of solitude, which is great, with a large family.

Spacious comfy living

Fabulous comfy home with plenty of room. Lots of kitchen supplies to accommodate our group. Comfy beds, linens and towels, all rooms very clean. Highly recommend!

Group Friend Trip - Apple Hill

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was so well stocked (especially the kitchen), location was great and it was large enough to fit us all very comfortably. The outdoor space was wonderful too - pizza oven was great! We had a great stay and highly recommend it!

Family Get Together

The property offered a nice relaxing time with the family. The proximity of the grocery store was convenient, also the distance to south lake Tahoe was good. Kimmy and John were great at getting back on us when we had questions. Overall we had a great time, experience, and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Lovely cozy home

Had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in the little town of Pollock pines. The home was fully lit up with Christmas lights and a nice Christmas tree. We had snow ball fights in the small backyard- the garden part of the backyard was closed due to winter. The best part was the kitchen with lots of new utensils and plates, bowls, cutlery. The rooms and beddings were comfortable and temperature controlled. The kids had a lovely time playing in the game room and loved sleeping on the bunk bed. Very close to skiing places and Tahoe. Had a lovely vacation. Would recommend for family and friends get togethers!

Great home for large family

Owners are very responsive and helpful. The place is well suited for large families. We have 8 adults and 5 children ages 5 months to 8 years old plus 2 dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. TVs with Netflix in every room and many board games. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful home

We had a wedding for my daughter in the area. This house worked perfect for all eleven of us that stayed. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Would recommend.

Just What We Were Hoping For

Kimmy & John were the perfect hosts. They were so quick to respond to questions and needs we had before and during our stay. The home was well appointed and supplied, especially in comparison to other vacation rentals stayed at previously by some our family members. It was comfortable and allowed each of my children and grandkids their own space and bathrooms, but yet had plenty of places to enjoy our together time. We spent the most time together around the large dining table inside and the pavilion table outside. The extra refrigerator was much appreciated as well. Lastly, we really enjoyed the ease of travel to Tahoe and the proximity to the local grocery store and Jenkinson Lake which we enjoyed on one of our days at this home.

Wonderful house and location

I would highly recommend this vacation rental. We stayed for a week, (10 of us altogether). I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the best. The house was beautiful and fully equipped for all our needs. We enjoyed the outside kitchen with the pizza oven, the hot tub and games area. We never felt crowded. The area is so wonderful, we hiked to waterfalls, swam in the lake, had a barbecue in Sly Recreation park. We also traveled to San Francisco and rode bikes over the Golden Gate. We were in California for a wedding, we had a perfect week in this house.

Checked all the boxes

My group of friends and family (total 12 plus one labradoodle) stayed for two night in this awesome home. We wanted something close to apple farms and wineries so we could easily drive to those attractions during the day and have somewhere to relax in the evenings. The house gave us space and felt so safe for the two year old we had with us with gated in porches and yard. The guest house right off the living room was a great "crash pad" for our teenagers to have their privacy also. Thanks to Kimmy who made check in easy and was available for questions and put together a great binder of local attractions. Amazing house in a great location.
