We had a great time at the Cozy Cabin! Very relaxing! The back porch view is absolutely amazing! So beautiful! Would highly recommend!

Amazing Private Cabin RIGHT on the River!

Loved this cabin! We used the Traeger grill, the hot tub, walked along the River and ate meals outside on the deck. Would definitely go back again!

Perfect Getaway!

This property was just what I was looking for. Tucked away by the river, the home was modern, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee/wine on the deck watching the water. It was close to plenty of hiking and recreational opportunities. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Relaxing week

We wanted to relax for a week after travelling around California and that is exactly what we got. It’s a lovely cabin in a great location with fantastic river views. If you want to relax and read a book with a glass of wine while the river flows past the porch this is the place to be. Fantastic.

Great cabin by the river

Stayed with our family of 3 and had a great stay. The cabin is clean and comfortable with cozy blankets and furnishings. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The property is close to highway 50, but the river almost completely masked road noise. There's a fire road along the river to walk along. Overall great, and I would stay again!

Restful Cozy River Cabin

We loved the Cabin. It was just as it looked online. I didn’t feel the need to clean anything before I settled in. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding luxurious. We spent all our time at the cabin outside on the deck. The amazing view of the river was all we needed!

Riverside sanctuary

I spent a Sunday -Tuesday with my father and brother at Kyle’s riverside sanctuary. It was and is the perfect place to spend time with family. The sound of the river is a perfect background for a fun and meaningful time with those you love. Give it a shot. You won’t regret it. Ben B

Beautiful Setting

Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the river, the Cozy Cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was extremely spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication with Kyle was outstanding, with a very quick response time. Although traffic noise could be heard outside during peak periods, the large back deck was still perfect for outdoor dining and just relaxing. Located only 15 minutes from Placerville and 45 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, it was a very convenient home base for our day trips. I would highly recommend Kyle's Cozy Cabin!

Great Location

My husband and I had a very peaceful stay at the cozy cabin overlooking the American River, which is quite beautiful. Even though we were there in July, everything was so green with wild flowers! We cooked during our stay, and found the kitchen limited in some conveniences. The microwave is fantastic however! There are stairs to the bedroom loft, which may be tricky if you have mobility issues.The cabin itself is beautifully lanscaped and decorated on the interior. Overall, I highly recommend the cozy cabin if you're looking for a quiet getaway!

Pure Heaven

My husband and I were speechless. From when we checked in at night on a night that was snowing to the next 4 days we could not believe our senses. The cabin and it's mother nature surroundings were beyond words. Pure one with nature. The Owner Kyle was also so helpful and communicative when it came to questions or reminders. This experience was something all people need. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you Kyle for making our honeymoon something we will never forget.

Amazing experience

Let me begin that the cabin was spotless clean when we arrived! Everything is set up very nicely, the kitchen is well equipped with anything you might possibly need as well is a nice grill on the property. Atmosphere inside the cabin is very homey and romantic, perfect for a getaway from the world while staying close to the city. There is a wood fire place which makes the atmosphere even better, as well as fire wood provided and some stacked inside by the fire place for immediate usage. Nice TV and good speed internet. Silly thing but they even have make up removing wipes as a part of the bathroom hygiene supplies. The hot tub with river view is totally amazing, super relaxing. Nice deck and balcony with amazing views. Heater works very well to keep you warm there is also a generator to keep the power running during winter outages. Even during snowy winter, it is nice to take a walk and explore the river by the cabin. Kyle, the host, was nice, very responsive and answered every question we had. He also provided his phone number in case of any urgent questions. Cabin has a full manual on all things, which is very nice. Overall our experience was a 10/10, would totally come back here again and recommend it to all :)

Cabin is in a great location, right next to the American River. Can clearly hear and enjoy the sounds of the river. Cabin is very clean. Excellent internet connection. Check-in process is quick and easy. Host is quick to respond to inquiries and works at keeping lines of communication open.

Lonely river cabin

The most amazing view and adorably decorated cabin. Super easy access to Cabin off freeway. Cannot get a more beautiful view of the river while sitting in a hot tub. We will definitely be back!

We are right on the river. We have a hot tub on a deck that overlooks the river. During snow winter we are so close to all these skiing/ snowboarding resorts!
