Esta encantadora casa adosada cuenta con una terraza con vista al mar para deleitarse con las puestas de sol de las brillantes aguas sobre el Océano Pacífico. La espaciosa sala de estar tiene abundantes asientos cómodos para usted y su familia o amigos con una vista impresionante del océano. Hay un patio adicional con vista al jardín donde puede disfrutar de la vista serena con una taza de café.
Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables y hay baños de generosas dimensiones.
Está a solo un corto paseo de una de las dos piscinas comunitarias y un poco más lejos del acceso a la playa, donde puede rejuvenecer y disfrutar de un paseo en la arena.

El complejo ofrece dos canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas (1 climatizada durante todo el año) y 2 spas y acceso a la playa, así como encantadores estanques koi y características acuáticas. Love Solana Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Solana Beach. Seascape Sur is a great vacation complex/community with a great location to enjoy the beach, sunsets, and other nearby seaside towns and shops.Stubbs made it easy to reserve a rental property, pick up keys and info on the unit and community and they were always available to answers questions and concerns.We will definitely use Stubbs again and recommend.As for our rental unit... we would not rebook or recommend it.It has a great location for watching the sunset and surfers but there are too many things that need some updating.The biggest thing is the step up and downs of the raised floor area in the indoor upstairs living area!!Very weird and dangerous as it’s a huge tripping concern. As able bodied people we maneuvered up and down ok but placed chairs at two of the weird step locations to alert people to the step up and down. Anyone with any mobility issues regarding steps would have a huge problem.I think this issue should be mentioned to potential renters in the future.Other updates needed.... Screen repairs, blinds needing replaced , all outdoor furniture and cushions need replaced/ updated.The plumbing needs some work (maybe some new toilets) as the toilets were always running.On a positive note, the blue and white colours are lovely and the living room sofa and window bench were comfy and cozy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was ideally located for ocean view and sunsets. Both bedroom beds were comfortable. Condo was well decorated, but needed some hard cleaning. Outside deck needs to be power washed, very dirty. Living room couch needs to be cleaned. We covered it with towels so the the dirt wouldn’t show.

Place was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice visit, but the vacation rental was just okay. The place was pretty run down and there were basic issues with the place like the screen to the ocean door being broken which meant we couldn’t leave the door facing the ocean open. Also I called ahead of time to see whether the place was family friendly and I would say the layout is incredibly difficult for a family. We had two strollers and there was no place to put them bc the living area is upstairs. The white couch in the place was also incredibly stained and dirty.

Relaxing condo

Beautiful property and setting. Sitting on the deck and watching the ocean was lovely. Very comfortable bedding. Be aware that there are some stairs getting to the condo and that there are two levels inside. Charming, cozy little patio.

Reviewer Comments: Not beachfront, but a beautiful view of the ocean from the comfortable deck off of the living room, and somewhat from the living/dining areas. Unfortunately, no umbrella so you can’t stay out there for long periods. There is a covered patio off of the dining room and the kitchen area which is very comfortable and nice for morning coffee or actually any meal. The bedrooms are very large and beds are comfortable. The closets are large. There is a tv in the master bedroom only. The bathrooms are very clean and good sized. Although the kitchen is good sized and very well stocked, there was a terrible ant problem. I noticed ant traps on the counter when we arrived. I left an apple on the counter overnight and found the entire counter covered in ants the next morning. They were also all over the trash can and a cabinet next to it. I contacted the management company and their response was that ants are to be expected near the beach! They offered to spray, but I declined because of health reasons. They offered more traps, but never brought them. Needless to say we were very unhappy about not being able to use the kitchen at all. Ants were out on the counter and in the sink every day. I felt cheated. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a nice, but small pool. It is some distance from the parking spots in the garage to the unit, requiring you to go up stairs, which makes taking your belongings to and from the unit a chore. This place is not handicapped friendly. Overall, we had an okay stay, but I wouldn’t return.

Great location and wonderful stay

Loved sitting on the roof deck with perfect views of the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a very comfortable stay.

Sur 42 family vacation

Felt like I had a month of step aerobics. The management Company was very responsive but the HOA is not maintaining the locks and keys. Too many times I had to run around to the garage gate to get into the garage to get luggage in or out. Felt uncomfortable having a white sofa with grandkids. Otherwise the property was well stocked on dishes etc. A toaster would have been nice. Loved the little back patio but it was not clean and the screen kept falling due to the runner not being maintained. The small bath toilet ran constantly. My son in law took it upon himself to just fix it. I would suggest the ice maker be turned off when no guest coming soon. It was a solid block of ice when I arrived. I turned it off when I left. Overall it was a positive experience.

We were in Sedona Arizona and had made a trip to Durango Colorado when David had a medical emergency. His cancer had returned. We came back to San Diego for treatment. Now we needed somewhere to stay and fast. All I can say is THANK YOU to Stubbs Vacation Rentals and their exceptional staff!! Jennifer and Jeffrey are AMAZING!! Their expertise, warmth, patience and kindness have meant so much to me during this time. The rental is perfect. . . Again, exceptional.
