Sueños de playa - Acceso a la playa sólo 7 casas lejos!

Bienvenido a la calle 25, Del Mar Beach Dreams House. Estamos a una cuadra rápida del acceso a la playa de arena plana (¡solo 7 casas a la playa!). Nuestra casa tiene 4 dormitorios y 2 baños (una tercera ducha al aire libre fría / caliente para enjuagar la arena). No hay escaleras en nuestra casa, todo está en un nivel. Ideal para ancianos y niños! Somos ligeros y brillantes y tenemos una sensación de océano en el interior, con una gran cantidad de arte playero. Podemos alojar hasta 10 personas y tenemos un garaje para 2 autos (¡no importa donde se hospede en Del Mar, el estacionamiento es terrible!). También contamos con 3 plazas de aparcamiento en la calzada (por lo que hace un total de 5 plazas de aparcamiento en el lugar). Tenemos una mochila para bebés y juegos (cuna portátil), trona, juguetes de interior, juguetes de arena, libros para niños, tablas de surf, 3 bicicletas de playa y tablas de surf de espuma. Nuestro televisor de pantalla plana está en la sala de estar y ofrecemos el canal de carreras de caballos TVG y el canal de boletos del domingo de la NFL. Nuestra casa tiene WiFi. También permitimos amigos peludos.

Tenemos una cocina recientemente remodelada con todo el equipo de cocina, lista para que usted pueda preparar sus comidas familiares. Nuestro patio cercado tiene una excelente área de entretenimiento al aire libre con una barbacoa incorporada, una gran mesa al aire libre y una ducha al aire libre. Hay un montón de espacio para que los niños jueguen afuera en el patio cercado. Tenemos algunos paseos al aire libre en juguetes para el disfrute de los niños también. Por último, tenemos una ducha al aire libre y todo el equipo de playa esencial para sentirse como un local: tablas de surf de espuma para niños y adultos, sillas de playa, tablas de surf, juguetes para la arena, bicicletas de crucero en la playa, un carro para tirar del equipo, toallas de playa, etc.

Nuestra casa tiene 4 habitaciones, aquí están las configuraciones para dormir en cada habitación:

Dormitorio principal (para 6 personas):
2 camas King y una cama Queen

Segundo dormitorio (2 personas):
cama tamaño rey

Tercera habitación (para 2 personas):
Cama King y un colchón de niño para el piso.

Cuarto dormitorio (para 4 personas):
Completo sobre litera doble y otro colchón de niño para el piso

Chase lounge en sofá seccional

Hay dos baños completos, uno con bañera para los niños. Ambos han sido remodelados recientemente. Tenemos una tercera ducha al aire libre para enjuagar la arena.

El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. Usted puede ver la sala de estar de la cocina recientemente remodelada. También se puede ver el patio trasero desde la cocina. Así que este espacio es ideal para los más pequeños, mientras que las mamás y los papás preparan las comidas.

Por último, nuestra casa está en un callejón sin salida, ¡otra ventaja para los niños!

Beach Dreams is a 4 bedroom home and just a short 1 block walk to the beach. We are also a very short 3 minute drive, or a 20 min walk, into the Del Mar Village where you can shop, eat and drink. Great locations

House was in an ideal location - short walk to the beach and had all the beach gear we needed. Beds were comfortable. Indoor living space was a little small, but there was plenty of room outdoors. Only thing that could be improved would be the water flow in the shower. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Location

Our family (7 adults and 1 three year old) recently stayed at this Del Mar location for 9 day and had a great time. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The house and property accommodate a large group well with good space for gathering indoor and out and lots of privacy too. We walked the ~2 blocks to the Del Mar's beautiful beach every day, and the serious runners among us had great trails nearby. The dead-end street is very peaceful, but the location gives quick access to shopping, restaurants, and parks.

Convenient location, nice accommodations

Pros: 1. Great location. Easy walk to beach, easy drive to many other locations. 2. Ample parking 3. A lot of sleeping space Cons (I rarely leave Vrbo ratings, but made an exception here) 1. Be careful about going there in hot weather. The property does not have air conditioning. They are very open and honest about this. But it does get hot. After being out all day, we would return and the indoor temperature would be 86 °F. Having black out shades on all the west facing windows would help, but these are only on some windows now. It gets cooler at night, but even with fans on high, it takes many hours to get to a reasonable temperature. 2. The neighborhood houses are close together. Windows are open because no AC. They told us many rules about being quiet (they even sent us texts when their sensors [huh!] detected our noise, not sure what the source was [our kids?]). We had many loud and disruptive neighbor sounds until 1-2 am on several nights. 3. They clearly know they have a problem with the shower drains, because there are many warnings about getting sand in the showers. When we arrived, one shower drain was completely clogged. They should check it between clients. They were very responsive. 4. On trash day they sent us innumerable texts and emails to take out the four large trash and recycling cans. Two were completely full (before we arrived).

10/10 would stay again!

A group of friends and I got to meet each other for the first time face to face for a convention in San Diego. Staying at Beach Dreams was just that - a dream. A short, pleasant walk to the beach where we saw whales and dolphins and rays, a short drive to the bonfire pits in Mission, a short commute downtown and best of all, a comfortable, spacious house with tons of room and pleasant hangout spaces. It was super easy to check in and out too. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Great for Families

This property was great for 2 families with small children - plenty of bedrooms and large beds to accommodate all different sleep styles, as well as a large dining area. The property was located just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to visit multiple times a day. The kitchen was a little small, with no great place to store pantry grocery items; however, our kids loved all the toys they found hidden in closets. We also appreciated all the fans as they helped keep the property well ventilated during the heat wave. Would certainly stay here again!

Don't Bring Your Dogs

We left our two doodles inside the house around 11:00am to go to the market. The property manager called us shortly after to inform us our dogs were outside barking & the neighbor was complaining & had taken video. We rushed home unsure of how our dogs could've gotten out. The dogs were inside the house asleep when we arrived back. The property manager refused to share the video over privacy concerns for the neighbor. She admitted the neighbor was, "an old lady who regularly complains." The PM did finally admit she misspoke when telling us the dogs were outside. Our dogs occasionally bark but not non stop & especially not when indoors. If you stay here with dogs expect to be filmed by a neighbor who isn't happy with renters next door.

We appreciate the feedback from this guest but would like our future guests to understand that our house rules were violated in this situation. Our house rules are clearly stated on the ad space, over the phone prior to arrival, in our House Rules, and in the Welcome Letter NOT to leave pets unattended. This guest left his 2 dogs at home alone. The disturbed neighbor sent us a video so we could HEAR the dogs, they did not record the property or the dogs, just the sound. She told us the dogs were outside. We called the guest and told him his dogs were excessively barking outside, and would you please come back, as the rules state, please do not leave your dogs unattended. When he arrived, he found his dogs were inside. We are sorry this guest is upset with us but, like we stated everywhere before his arrival, this home has neighbors that are very sensitive to pet noise. We have had issues with them in the past, so we make this rule very clear so as to avoid future problems. We still welcome all pet owners, but we kindly ask that you please abide by the rules. Please never leave your pet unattended. We are sad that Daniel did not have a 5 star stay and we are sorry that he is upset with us 😞

Don’t always believe other people reviews give things a chance and experience them on your own !!!!

This house could not have been more perfect for a dog family with kids of any age !!!! Dogs had there own security in the back your and side yards ... adult kids had a great time being able to walk and explore... a very peaceful and quiet area.... would recommend this place In a heartbeat. Great place for people with small children also ... fenced in yard and toys and no packing in cars to get to the beach !!! Will be staying here again in the future for sure 😇

Property is a good beach house, but not in the greatest shape. Limited supplies provided, cooking utensils and pans very dated, living area is very small even for 4 people. Nice gated yard and only 1 block from beach.

Perfect weekend retreat!

The place has a better feel that the photos illustrate. Close to the beach, clean, well supplied. We were super happy with our experience. One night it was windy and neighbors wind chimes were super loud all night but other than that, we lived our stay!

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Del Mar! The house is a quick walk to the beach and we made use of the wagon, chairs, boards and umbrella. It was super convenient having the crosswalk located at 25th to get across Camino Del Mar since it can be a busy street.

I would never rent from your company ever again.

It was the most unfriendly place I've ever been. I call it neighbors from HELL! The house is nice. Beds were uncomfortable and very hot inside. It was supposed to be PET FRIENDLY, but not really. I invited my family for one day because it was my birthday, they brought their Chihuahua, (very small) for the day. We walked to the beach and left the dogs in the house and all I got was emails, texts that the dogs were barking in the daytime and got threatened to call the Code Enforcement. Good grief!!!!!! It was so hot inside the house during the day so the only relief was to hang out outside but we couldn't talk normally after 9 PM. Everybody was whispering. I paid a lot of money to rent it for 3 nights but we left the last night. So I only stayed two nights and two days. The neighbors also have dogs that was barking but I did not complain. I better get my deposit because we left the house more cleaner than when we moved in.

Lorinda took great care of our home and we are thankful for her business, BUT, she brought along 3 very loud dogs. We had to, on numerous occasions, call her to ask her to come back and get her dogs. They were not the kind of dogs that can be left alone. And frankly, our house rules inform tenants NOT to leave dogs unattended for this very reason, the disruption in the neighborhood with noisy dogs. Every time they were left alone, I got calls from the neighbors on either side of the home. Both are dog people and were extremely worried about this family leaving them to bark all day inside in the extreme heat. Our rules do explain NOT to leave your furry friends alone. We have since decided NOT to allow dogs, as we couldn't afford to have another situation like this where both sets of neighbors were very mad and upset over their lack of empathy for these animals. They were disturbed, as this happened multiple times over their stay :( As mentioned above, it was VERY Hot during Lorinda's stay. Record heat :( Our home does not have AC, which is pretty typical of a beach rental in Del Mar. We do not advertise the home as having AC and we do have multiple fans onsite. Again, no AC usually is not a problem at the beach in San Diego, but this was a record heat wave so I do understand their discomfort. All clients at all 42 homes we manage, that do not have AC, were not comfy over this time frame, along with myself, ha! It was HOT! We have since checked out ALL beds in the house. Our cleaners, our inspectors, the owner, and our handyman. No one else reported complaints of the beds.... This may just be a cheap shot, as Lorinda is clearly upset :( I do not recommend you rent to this family if they are bringing their dogs with them. They were reported to be VERY noisy by both sets of neighbors on either side of this home, Beach Dreams. We do recommend Lorinda as a guest if she is not accompanied by her pets. She was a lovely guest and left our home in great condition. I am very sorry she had a bad experience but she did read and sign the rules ahead of time, which did ask that she did not leave her pets unattended. She also read the ad space which reflects no AC. Please read the other hundreds of reviews our team has built up over the years. This is a rare and terrible review for us and while we are very sorry that Lorinda was displeased, she also read and signed rules and ad space reflecting the above....

Love it! Second year to stay in this house!

This was our 2nd summer spending a long weekend at this home and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect: right across the street from the beach and an easy walk into town. 4 bedrooms fits our large-ish group, and everything we need for our stay is already in the house. This home has become sort of a "tradition" for us, so I anticipate we'll be back again next year! (One tip: bring extra toilet paper and a few trash bags. The owner does provide some, but with our group we went through both before our stay was over and had to make a quick run to the store.)

Beach Dreams was a great place for our family to stay

Beach Dreams in Del Mar was exactly as advertised. And, when we needed help with the internet, someone appeared right away to troubleshoot for us. There were tons of beach toys available, a godsend with two young children to be entertained, and having DirecTV was great for the sports fans in our group. We would come again.

Ok, really close to the beach and quiet

Expected it to be just a litttle bit cleaner and better kitchen utensils would be nice but overall a pretty good property.

Long weekend family visit.

We all loved stating at your home. There were 5 adults actually staying there over the weekend and my daughter and baby visted during the day. The house had everything that we needed, heater worked nicely during the evening during the rain, and a short walk to the beach. We did not use the beach toys, etc. but there looked like a good selection. My grandson loved the little plastic bike, car and scooter. Internet and TV worked great. Everyone who communicated with us were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. We would stay here again. Sheryl

Great House by Del Mar Race Track

Awesome property. Everyone got a big bed which is always the problem when my team travels for work events.
