The Front Porch is a nice cozy 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom house on Toledo Bend Lake in Hurricane Creek off Lanan. the house has been Remodeled giving it a Fresh feel with plenty to offer. Nice kitchen layout, Coffee Bar, Large Screen TV with Satellite service. The Porch is where the outside comes alive with entertainment. The large covered porch has a outdoor bar area with multiple cooking accessories. There is a Sink, Charcoal BBQ pit, Gas Cooker(Must Bring own Propane), Swing, Rockers and Outdoor Lighting, making it likely you will be spending most of your time outdoors. At the lake there is a boat-house ready for weekend use.

No Pets. No Smoking.
The Front Porch will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
The Front Porch is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
