Whether you’re in town for a race at Daytona International Speedway or visiting for a relaxing stay at the beach, guests will enjoy their Daytona Beach getaway in this clean and spacious studio apartment. Just steps from Daytona Beach and an abundance of shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Seabreeze Historic District this comfortable condo will provide you with all the luxuries of home plus a beautiful view!

Located on the 11th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort, the studio sleeps 3 comfortably and offers all you’ll need for a weekend or week’s stay. When it’s time to head to the beach, you’ll find it right out the doors of the building and across the pool deck. You can also drive on the beach if you want! If you’re wanting to do a little shopping, guests can find a grocery store, pharmacy, and other shops in the center directly across the street from the building.

Guests will enjoy all this studio apartment has to offer
including, a large kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, freezer, a 2-burner stove, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, and other basic kitchen essentials.

When it’s time to unwind, guests will find all they need for a nice night in. In the living space, guests will find tray tables and two chairs for dining, along with a large, cozy couch with automatic recliners for the ultimate in relaxation. Once you’re ready to turn in, a plush, queen-sized bed awaits you with a clear view to the flat-screen television, as well as, the sliding glass doors that open to reveal a gorgeous ocean view.

After a day at the beach, guests can freshen up in the bathroom that offers a full tub/shower combo, large vanity, and plush towels.

If that’s not enough, guests have full access to the building’s resort-amenities including:
Indoor/outdoor pools
Fitness center
Sauna
Canteen
Business center
And much more
Guest Access: Guests will be provided a code 24-hours prior to arrival and can gain access to the unit using a keypad at the entrance to the unit. Unit number and directions will also be provided 24-hours prior to the guest's arrival. Guests will check in at the front desk to obtain an amenities key.
Centrally located building with free parking and located a short distance from the beautiful homes and sites in the Historic Seabreeze District.

This unit is located just 8 miles from the Daytona International Airport. With free parking on premises, you can either rent a vehicle or drive from your destination.

Overall property is going through a lot of renovations and things like the elevators were limited to one. Pool and outdoor lounge area was closed due to damages from recent storms. Condo room was nice and looks like the pictures provided.

Unfortunately, this stay was not what we expected. The booking was misleading. There was no available pool to use at the resort at all, both indoor and outdoor were shut down/drained. There was one working elevator, the front doors didn't work (had to use side doors), the parking garage was closed. Just very disappointing stay. When asked host, was only told, the rate was appropriately discounted, and we posted lack of amenities. What is interesting is that the booking showed everything functioning, pictures, details, etc. It wasn't until you scrolled ALL the way down past other bookings pictures did you see a small note about No Amenities. All they asked for was pictures to verify this. Yes, the room was clean which we appreciated but I feel the host should have been more transparent especially about having no pool access at a beach resort. Having one line at the extreme bottom of the booking is not transparent, regardless of the cost. We still spent 500 for our weekend and had to park at a lot to the side of the resort, wait endlessly for a working elevator, and have no pool. The hallways consistently smelled of pot, the doors were boarded up on the ground level like they were preparing for a hurricane. Caution tape was covering the non-working elevators. The list continues.

Nice place, very short stay

I did not know it was Daytona Beach Resorts until I arrived. No garage parking.. still under repair. No swimming pools, inside and outside working. Elevators are very slow.

Great Stay

Very good and comfortable place. Only thing is all of the amenities listed were not accessible. I wish we would have known that before booking the place because it was disappointing. Everything else was perfect

Great Outing

It was really fun! The room was nice and clean and had so many extra things! We were bummed the pools and fitness center were closed though.We had a blast!

Great view and location

We had a great stay. Small hiccup with parking however Michele was vigilant in helping us get a quick solution. Overall the property was nice, clean, and enjoyable! Michelle was also an excellent host!

Awesome Weekend Getaway

This place is very clean and check in was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. This is my second time staying here and we will definitely be back again.

Nice unit - strange building

The location of this unit is wonderful. The building is strange. Don't ask the front desk anything and the directions on the property folder are incorrect on the trash. Beach access is just to the north of the building.

Had a wonderful stay for New Year’s. It is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Everything in walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Disapointing & Unfortunate

The posting and photos of this property are completly misleading. While it was stated that the amenities we closed, the condition of this property was horrible. 3 men were smoking pot outside the front door as we arrived, the elevator floor was covered with an inch of beer. We notified the person at the front desk and nothing was done. Within 15 minutes of entering the room 2 roaches were spotted. One I was able to kill before we decided to leave. Two doors down was a party that was very loud and again, pot smell coming from that room as well. This was a terrible experience that was shared with the listing owner with no response back.

Adorable studio with great location!

I loved this studio apartment. This unit was set up perfectly. Even had essentials for us such as plates, utensils and even shaving cream! ( you always end up forgetting something , and the hosts here make sure you have it if you do! ) The actual building was doing Construction at the time so we were not able to experience any resort amenities but being in such a great location it was not a hinder to our vacation. The hosts even had beach chairs and accessories for us to use. Host was also very responsive with messages and any questions we had prior to our arrival.

Short Visit to Florida

Condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. Parking was an issue but we arrived very late (flight delays and weather) and another conference was in the area filling hotels/resorts. The host was more very helpful in the matter and attentive to our questions.

Great place, would stay again.

My friend and I went here for our spring break and it was really nice. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to the pier and main strip and the ocean being right there is nice. The hotel had all the amenities closed which sucked but she did let us know they may be closed. Other than that we would come again it was really clean and she was super nice and attentive.

Perfect for bike week

Owners were prompt about the only real issue I had. And the location was central to all the events going on during bike week. Would stay again without any hesitation. The only minor hiccup is parking as the garage is not available so it's very congested and a bit of a walk but that's totally in the resort not the units owners.

Perfect location

Loved this spot. Super clean and spacious. Perfect for 2 people. Came down for the weekend for Rockville, love how easy it was getting to and from the speedway every night. The only confusion we had was going to the front desk for check in, the front desk clerk was completely clueless about rental check in, as this stay is not actually part of the Daytona beach resort and conference center. Owner was easy to reach and let us know how to access our room.

Michelle loves the beach and warm weather. She has always dreamed of owning a little piece of the beach and what better place than Daytona. With so much to do in town and with all of the magic of Disney and other theme parks a short drive away.

Our unit does not require extra fees to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer. You are able to walk down to the pools out front and just a few steps beyond is the beach. On days you don't feel like carrying everything down just load it into the vehicle and drive on the beach.
