This is a beautiful, clean, nicely furnished and well-maintained home. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. There are lots of things to do and plenty of shops and restaurants within a reasonable distance.We had a great time and will definitely go back, if we need a large home in that area again.

Beautiful, spacious house in excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at the Ferncrest house! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for large groups! We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely managed, spacious and well-appointed home, and perfect location.

The family enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the beautiful walks to Avery Point for sunsets. The home is terrific for families with plenty of beds/baths, pool table, social spaces, nicely appointed kitchen, and responsive management. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic stay for a college reunion in the Fall. The house is beautiful and spacious, within walking distance to the water. We enjoyed the games room and, really, everything about the house!

Lovely property /Well managed

This home was perfect for our family reunion- adults from France, Senegal, Miami, Boston and California gathered for the first time in years. Although there were 7 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of space for quiet conversations and gathering around the dining room table for meals. The children loved the close proximity to the beach. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing property and fantastic host!

This property had everything we were looking for to celebrate a bride to be with a group of women. It was so CLEAN! Not to mention spacious and near Mystic with so many fun things to do. The host was very responsive and attentive. We honestly could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you!

Successful family reunion!

Everyone in our family said what a great location and house we opted for this year. It was spacious, had plenty of bathrooms, big outdoor space (with games), was an easy walk to the beach, and access to several areas with activities along the CT shore. If there were ever any issues that popped up (lack of towels, no trash bags, etc), the hosts were on top of remedying within a few hours. Highly recommend booking this place for a large group.

Fall Weekend

Beautiful house and in a great location. We had 12 adults for a long weekend and the house worked well for our group. The kitchen is a bit tight but fully functional. Having a second full size refrigerator was a plus! The living rooms and dining room area were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed time on the large screened in porch and playing pool in the den. Overall it was nice stay and great for a large group.

Micro Wedding

It was the perfect weekend even with the rain on Saturday. My niece invited a few family members and a few friends to join her and her fiancé as they begin their life together. The house provided the most wonderful setting! The house is perfect for a small gathering and everyone left feeling like they were Royality! Thank you PMI and Jason for your hospitality!

Great spot for a large, multi-generational group

Three generations stayed here at Christmas (age range 15-84). There was plenty of space for all and we particularly enjoyed having the huge dining room (both the table and the room itself) so we could easily enjoy many meals together. House was equipped with all we needed, including 2 full size refridgerators. The cold didn't keep us from walking to the ocean multiple times and we found many things do to in New London, Mystic, etc., even in winter. Great vacation in large part because our accommodations were perfect for us.

Lovely Stay!

The house was a perfect fit for a weekend with old friends and our small children. The rooms were bright, airy and comfortable. Plenty of space. Everything was clean and updated, yet also warm and cozy. The kitchen was a little small considering the size of the overall home, but it was workable and equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The driveway was large, perfect for scooters. The backyard was also a large space for the kids to run around and play. Proximity to beach and public golf course a bonus.

Beyond expectations

We gathered for my son’s college graduation weekend. We LOVED 152 Tyler. This home was spic and span clean, beautifully furnished, outfitted with Matouk towels, excellent mattresses and lovely clean linens. The lawn, screened porch, beach a short walk away made for PERFECT collective space. We LOVED the game space, pool table, video hand screen and chairs. Really, we could not think of anything at all that would improve our experience. We are so glad we found this rental!
