Welcome to your Desert Oasis! Enjoy a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area. This family oriented, pet friendly residence sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This allows you to keep the whole family close by in your home away from home. Centrally located, this residence is near Highway 70 and Interstates 10 and 25 providing easy access to NMSU, White Sands, Old Mesilla, Spaceport America, and more! Fully stocked kitchen, many extras including games, books, and more.

Quiet hours, 10: 00 pm - 8:00 am are strictly enforced. We live in a residential neighborhood and being respectful to those around us is a priority.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind. 3 cars max at any given time.

My family had a lovely time staying here. It was cozy and beautifully decorated in southwestern style with thoughtful touches everywhere and packed with any household item one might need during their stay. The pool and hot tub were such nice yard bonuses too! The movie room with the fireplace was perfect for movie time too!

The home has a lot of very thoughtful touches to make everyone feel welcome. Everything we needed was there along with many of the supplies or kitchen necessities Im usually running straight to the store for. Perfect home for our short stay in Las Cruces! Our kids (age 12 to 19) had a blast in the pool playing basketball and we watched a movie every night in the kids cave. Would stay here again 100%!

Great location, fun little pool!

We had a great stay here! The outdoor space by the pool was a great place to hang out, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, and we had plenty of room for two couples and two kids. Host was great and very helpful when we needed it! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the house. The pool & hot tube were very enjoyable. Very pet friendly, really enjoyed that our little fury feiends where thought of (by yhe way the little fire hydrant was really cute). We enjoyed the back patio, made breakfast each day on the grill. This was one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. The attention to hospitality and all the little details that make a stay special - just WOW! Lisa was a very responsive host. The pool was just perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The bed rooms are all beautifully decorated and so comfortable and welcoming. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Lisa - you're the BEST!

Wonderful Stay for The Whole Family!

This property was great for an extended family gathering! Plenty of space and things to do! The kitchen was beautiful and they had everything we could need. The outdoor space was fantastic! Kids loved the pool and lots of places to sit around and catch up!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our host was very responsive prior to the stay as I had a million questions since this was our first time at a VRBO. The location was spot on and we enjoyed using the pool and other amenities when we came home from exploring. It's very spacious inside as well. Chihuahan desert adventures

We love staying here! This was our second time. Anytime were in las cruces again we'll be staying again. We love the enclosed courtyard for the dogs, the nice heated pool for us and the home is super cozy and there's lots of extra goodies too! Cant wait to come back!

We have enjoyed 16 wonderful years here and are excited for others to enjoy the hard work we have put into it. My husband and I, along with our 2 kids, are very laid back. I love traveling and creating memories with them. We get out of town every chance we get. Recently, our dream house went up for sale. I knew we had to take a risk and go for it. This is what lead us to turn our first home, the one we built at just 19 years young, into an Airbnb. We hope you and your family will create wonderful memories here and explore all that New Mexico has to offer!
