Although this property is a little dated, the layout of the condo was great and the walk to the beach was short. I would stay at the property again.

Perfect location - Nice Condo

We loved having three bathrooms (7 people) and we loved the enclosed porch area. The view is wonderful and the sunsets amazing. The pool is very nice and the beach is only steps away! Elevator is a big plus. Not as clean as we would like but not terrible. Parking was tight due to construction both blocking off some spots and work crews taking others for their trucks. Plenty of retail stores, activities, and dinning within walking distance or short drive.

Wonderful experience!

We have been coming to this specific condo for years and love it every time! It holds special memories for our family! It has all the basic needs one needs at the beach! The kids especially loved sleeping in the bunk beds!

Very clean; well stocked kitchen; plenty of towels, TP, blankets. We cooked all weekend, never left the property! Beach access is right there!

Family vacation

Very pleased with the room and our stay. The rental was very nice and updated better than most other beach rentals we’ve used. Kids loved the closeness to the beach and had a blast!

DON'T STAY HERE

Upon check in, we had to immediately contact the guest services line due to multiple problems. A sink drain was backing up, slats in the bottom bunk were not in place, and worst of all there was no A/C. We contacted the emergency line and hosts every single day we were there to get the A/C fixed and they never came out to fix it or even look at it in person. We stayed there during the heat of the summer and were unable to even stay at the property because of the extreme conditions. We have since contacted the rental company multiple times and have been told the host will not respond about some sort of compensation. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.

Great view

The location and view is great. Our sheets looked a little dirty and our pillow covers did have a weird smell (the room I was staying in everyone else’s were good) it didn’t bother us I just threw them in the washer. Towards the end our shower knob stopped working but maintenance showed up to fix it asap. The pool was great too. I would definitely book again.

Easy

The condo was dated but that did not hinder our stay. We really liked the ease of access from the parking lot to the condo and the beach. The beach it's self is very small but we didn't mind. There are pool lockets but we unfortunately didn't have access to. The condo itself could use a good deep cleaning, new toilets, showers or at least new shower heads. There was new carpet installed I do believe. There is plenty of pots and pans if you plan to cook which we also do. My favorite place was napping on the enclosed patio with the windows open listening to the ocean.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and spacious with plenty of room for the six of us and a 3 year old. The weather was perfect as well! A couple of wall outlets weren't working, but no other issues. We will definitely come back.

Overall Good

Older unit but nice. Issue with a leak in one of the bathrooms so because of the industrial fans that needed to be in there we could not easily use the shower.

Great Vacation

We really loved the location. We loved the condo just couldn’t get the tv’s to work. The bedroom with the twin beds definitely needs a larger tv. Some of the furniture was hard to get up from. All in all we would give it a 9. If the tv situation was fixed we would definitely come back.

Good unit for 8 people.

We thoroughly enjoyed having an ocean front window to look out of every morning. There was a spacious feeling to the unit. The kitchen was sized adequately for 2-3 people to work. Beds were comfortable.

Condo was very dirty

Needs updating and cleaned ! Washer and dryer very old and need to be replaced! Floors were dirty! Bathrooms were dirty! Kitchen was dirty and dishes in the cabinet were dirty!! We spent 5 hours after checking in cleaning the kitchen!!
