Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from the main bedroom of this three-bedroom/two-bath house in Fort Morgan. This simply-furnished yet inviting beach rental has been newly updated, including new patio doors, new fans, lighting, and interior paint. Chapter 13 is outfitted with all the essentials to create a fun family vacation. The well-equipped, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a dining table easily accessible nearby. Seating areas in the living area are positioned to allow you to see the beautiful Gulf scenery just beyond the patio doors. Outside, the spacious balcony opens onto a beautiful, expansive stretch of white, sandy beach in the quiet Fort Morgan area.

This property was just as described. Right on the beach and just steps to the water. The house was very clean and comfortable. In a nice neighborhood. We will be back!!

Paradise Again and again

Well, here we are again and again. This place is my peace and paradise and I'm the happiest version of myself when I'm there. Nothing every bad or negative to say about anything. It's perfect and I'm seriously thinking about declaring squatters rights next time I'm there and never leave. lol.

Perfect location for beachfront property!!!!!

We love staying in Fort Morgan and this has been our favorite house by far because the location is perfect!!!!!!!! It’s literally so close to the perfect beach spot we didn’t even need the beach wagon! The furniture and amenities are kinda dated, but overall fine!

Location Location Location

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The location was amazing, having the beach only a few steps away from the back deck. The home had the amenities needed for our small family and we loved the "quietness" of Fort Morgan. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Great beach house!

The house was great location,quite and clean not to mention it is beachfront it doesn’t get any better than that. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee watching the waves roll in. Highly recommend this house.

House was right on the beach with lovely views. I didn’t look back in the reviews far enough to see this house was right next to the public beach access. We didn’t spend all day outside because we have littles but I could see this being a problem in peak season. The floors creaked like crazy, only an issue with bed time. The bathroom faucet in the master was not installed right so it came off the wall as soon as the water turned on. Also the front door handle didn’t work (deadbolt did). Reached out over both of these issues. We received a message from VRBO but nothing further so we were down a shower all week. Overall this is a great house but maybe not the best option if you have littles

A simple house in a great location!

The house is modest but clean. A set of blinds were not put up in the bathroom, but we were able to make do. We very much enjoyed the location and would stay here again.

Family time

We had a wonderful time and absolutely love the beach. We did like the quietness of the area(Fort Morgan Ala) but the closest grocery was about 20 minutes away. Wish there was one a little closer. Beautiful area!!

The view is amazing!!

The best part of this no frills house is the view! The house was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed opening the doors on the deck and listening to the waves and smelling the salty air. So relaxing!!!

Location is great!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Chapter 13! The location is great! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the furniture, although worn, was fine, and the kitchen was well equipped. The nasty carpet should be replaced with LVP and additional deck chairs would definitely make it even better!

Great for the price

Nice little house. Great for its price. The things to keep in mind: there is a public access to the beach next to the house. People put their tents at the shore not far from the house (the beach is not as wide as in other places). The water is shallow in this place. Great for kids.

Not very private, beachgoers seem to camp out in the backyard. The house was clean and the king bed was comfortable. Had issues with the door lock the first couple of days but it was repaired. It could use a few more chairs on the deck. Loved the proximity of the house to the water.

The best thing was the location. Other than that, the house really needs a lot of TLC and an exterminator. I wouldn’t stay here again.
