Encantador apartamento de 3 habitaciones situado en el centro de París, en el corazón del famoso barrio peatonal y muy comercial de Montorgueil.

Apartamento de lujo con pisos de madera maciza y chimenea de mármol, 1 gran salón con vista a un patio muy tranquilo, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y 2 baños. La cocina esta totalmente equipada. Completamente reformado y amueblado, amplio y muy confortable. La ropa de cama es nueva y de excelente calidad. Disfruta del encanto de los servicios antiguos y modernos.

A pocos metros de tiendas de alimentación, restaurantes y terrazas de cafeterías, tiendas y panaderías. Su céntrica ubicación es perfecta para pasear, descubrir y circular por la capital. Así que camine hasta el Louvre, la iglesia de Notre-Dame, Beaubourg y el Centro Pompidou, el distrito de Marais, el Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet y los muelles del Sena, Les Halles o la Opéra Garnier.

Para ir de compras, encontrará boutiques de lujo cerca de la Place des Victoires o en el distrito de Opera Garnier: Printemps y Galeries Lafayette en particular. Centrally located and walking close to Notre Dame, Louvre, etc. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower from there. Very vibrant neighborhood but quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in a great location, and it has plenty of space. We were two couples and never felt like we needed any more space. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of closet space. The two bathrooms were well appointed, and the combo washer-dryer let us clean some clothes while we were there in the middle of a multi-country trip. The location is in a good neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as markets for any groceries you may want to buy, and the apartment is situated between two Metro stations that are just a short walk away. That made it very easy to get around. I'm glad we stayed here!

What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.

Wonderful Parisian stay

Thanks to Laurent for providing us a magical launching pad for our family’s adventures in Paris. The flat was clean, well appointed and in a fabulous locale, walkable to most all of Paris.

Just Around the corner

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location around the corner from a quaint, mostly pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bakeries, and produce stands made our stay interesting, comfortable and easy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the stay would be very comfortable for families or two couples. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own simple meals.

Great location and property.

The apartment was wonderful with restaurants and shops so close. There were two metro stops a close walk away which made travel around Paris easy. The apartment was quiet and clean with all the necessary amenities.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much for our one week visit to Paris. The neighborhood is perfect-lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Close to Metro to conveniently access all of the sites. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for the three of us (and lots of closet space to hang up our outfits). Also plenty of mirrors for getting ready. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfortable for you to get rest after exploring Paris all day

Lovely apartment in a GREAT location/neighborhood. Good combination of being close to Paris tourist attractions but it a vibrant Paris neighborhood. Living room, dining room and bedrooms well furnished and comfortable. Unit clean.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. To make it great we think some attention to detail required: could not get all the wall heater units to work (even asking how). One of the bathroom faucets was loose (functional but should have been fixed). Several of the coffe mugs had chips (why not review and replace?) Overall a very good experience!

Charing Parisian Apartment in a Perfect Location

This beautiful, charming Parisian apartment was the perfect choice for our group of four adults. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of excellent shopping, bakeries, and restaurants. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus, and the simple check-in process and great communication with the owners made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
