When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo community

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo community and really like it. The pool is nice and it’s a great location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to the beach.

Great Family Stay

The place was beautiful amd clean with everything you need for a stay. The view of the marsh was beautiful and relaxing but saved by the screened in porch. The grounds and pool are a big plus. It's quite and relaxing but only minutes from the hustle of downtown OC. I highly recommend.

Room is great the bay view is beautiful watched the sunset every night. If you get the chance sit out on the Balcony late at night grab a cocktail and just listen to nature. First time bay side might never go back to ocean front!!!! If peace is what you want this is your place at great cost!!

Nice location but not great beds

Nice condo but the mattresses are very old and stiff. Bring your own sheets because Vacasa uses the cheapest quality possible and felt like sand paper. Condo is in a nice location but for the price paid for 5 nights, quality leaves a lot to be desired

Love Our Place at the Beach!

We had a great trip! The unit was adorable, and very clean. It could use new carpets in the bedrooms, though. The pool is very big at this complex. Beautiful views of the bay and very close proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again if the beds and pillows were upgraded/replaced. They were very uncomfortable in all of the bedrooms. Otherwise, we really did enjoy our stay!

The Hills

The Rental was comfy, clean and well stocked! We loved Everything BUT the pool closing @ 7:00 pm! Which means you HAVE to be out in the Hot Sun if you want to swim! I prefer evening swimming so not to burn! (I do use sunblock) other than that, the rental itself is very Nice 👍🏻 I definitely recommend 10/10!!!

Perfect Getaway

We love this place! Super clean and spacious for our group of 6. The screen porch gave the perfect view for sunset. Just a short walk tot the beach and the pool was perfect.

As described!

Overall it was a great stay! Pros: house was clean and well stocked. We appreciate the items available and many sleeping options. The screened porch was a favorite for morning coffee and evening board games! Super quiet and the pool was beautiful, clean and warm. Cons: slightly annoying to have to “checkin-in” at the office just to get a FOB for the pool. Would have been nice if that was in the unit instead of a separate trip. Some of the beds were very firm and could maybe use toppers. Other: note that there are not a ton of restaurants within walking distance. While this was good for us, maybe would not be for all!
