****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know.” This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

The unit itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner has done numerous updates over the years and the pride of ownership shows. Throughout the unit you will find vinyl flooring. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and watching the large flat screen TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops that is ready to cook those cost saving meals at home. The dining area provides ample seating for the family to enjoy meals together. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom two has a double and two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper unit. There is central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TVs and of course wireless internet. The back porch is a wonderful retreat to relax after your fun filled day and has an outdoor TV. There are also 2 parking spots included with your rental!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
