Perfect for Families

Great location, spacious rooms, most things in working order, dishware and utensils and other cooking tools are all there, including tupperware, for use during your stay. 10/10 beautiful views and great security.

Entrance road needs work / room # two bed needs upgrade

overall we had a great time at the location. Excellent view of the city. House keeper was a plus, great personality.

Spectacular view

We were mesmerized by the view at all times of the day. However, the noise level at night from neighbours and the truway street below was irritating and made it difficult to sleep. Suggestion: the pool was lovely but there were no proper chairs and chaise lounge to fully benefit from the use of the pool.

Perfect for our family

The property was just as advertised, it was perfect for my husband and I and our boys. The amenities were clean and Ms Dollie, our housekeeper was a little slice of heaven. She was attentive and very helpful. I do agree that the property could use some minor touches but other than that, it was all we needed. Con: the fridge wasn’t cooling well and may need to be changed.

The furniture is out dated the chair in living room is really messy

The place is nice overall outside, overlooking ocho Rios, but inside the furniture is out dated, and dirty I had to cover the chairs with sheets, the freeze on top is dirty on the side of it have rusty and insects eating out the furniture's

It was a nice view looking out the balcony. However the bed and pillow was hard and there was no ac downstairs. The one ac up stairs was leaking. The place look old and was no soap or bathroom amenities given.

Great location, bad timing

Pros: - great area - friendly staff - amazing care taker - lovely view Cons: - not rain friendly. Villa/apartment had major leaks while we stayed there. - horrible host communication. Still waiting on a response and the trip has ended. - villa/apartment is very outdated. - guest room beds are very uncomfortable. Overall, with some TLC, this place has great potential due to the view and location as long as it does not rain.

I had money missing in my apartment after the cleaner had been in. She also made herself at home and sat down with us for a chat and imposed on our personal space and privacy. She also asked if she could eat our sweets and opened them and ate some of them. Never got the money back but was reported to the manager just so that she knows that we had the money missing. The money was there before she cleaned our room.

Was not impressed at all. There was no air conditioning downstairs in the living room area so it was really hot especially when cooking. When we got there the whole place smelled bad of bug spray. There was cockroaches all over the place. The air conditioner only worked in the master bedroom it didn’t work in the room with the 2 beds. Everything was really old and out dated. Plugs didn’t work in some of the rooms. The only good thing I can say was the view was nice and the maid was nice and friendly. I’d give this room no stars at all. :(

The place was filthy and not ready for us on check in. It was after 4pm so I was told housekeeping would not be back until tomorrow. I was forced to book a new place and despite the owner acknowledging that there was a miscommunication between him and the property managers he refused to give me a refund. Do not book here. I am still waiting for a resolution to get my money back and we are day 5!

This was a very nice property. The view was all that and a bag of chips!! The condo was nice but could use some updated furniture. My only complaint was how steep the hills are trying to get to the condo. The complex is literally walking distance to downtown Ocho Rios, but it being on the steep hillside makes that very difficult. However, because of its location the view is amazing and the breeze on hot summer days make it well worth the trip. I would definitely stay here again as long as i rent a vehicle to drive up and down the hill.

Property is quiet and nice the apartment just need to be remodeled and clean throughly the furnitures are so old and not clean and the sheets are thin and dirty looking also water stains on the wall and whoever was there before us even left their underwear in the bathroom and it was not removed the floors are dusty and old needs to be clean I would clean it myself but there was no mop or broom around to do anything and my cleaning lady did not do much I was very disappointed but I make the best of it one of the good things I can say about this place is that it has a beautiful view but otherwise everything else was not I would definitely stay in Colombus heights again but not at this apartment ☹️

Stressful stay

I was NOT happy with the state of the apartment upon arrival. Unfortunately we couldn't find a different reservation last minute so we spent the night. The house keeper came next day to clean up & replace sheets + towels so I decided to make due for the rest of the stay. I must say its a great location, but the place need a lot of updates. Over all 4/10 because of the location.

Columbus heights

Beautiful place. Great views but no store for supplies and quite a hill to main road. We had 3 day power outage and lost $$$$for groceries. For such a big complex back up generator would have been nice. Would still recommend this unit for families as lots of space and pools available.

It's doable But in need of Renovations

It's doable, but Why leave your Home to Stay somewhere uncomfortable, The Livingroom furniture needs to be thrown out, it's Broken and the Cushions are Dirty and seen it's day. I had the Cleaning Lady cover them with a sheet just so I could sit to watch T.V. same issue with Dining room chairs "Recover them" the Kitchen needs some repair and just a Good Make over and New Furniture "I wouldn't stay again"

It was a wonderful experience especially since its my first time ever coming to Jamaica

the place was clean and very comfortable, the view is to die for and the room attendant was very kind to us and kept the place very tiddy. I recommend this place to anyone. What makes it so incredible is that all the attractions are minutes away.

Awesome stay

My family and myself truly enjoyed our stay in JA and Andrew 's property made us feel very comfortable. The property was very clean and Ms. Brown was very friendly. Andrew was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Needs more of a modern touch, but otherwise it is close to the beach, excursions, restaurants and grocery stores. Very great place for family and friends!!!
