Start your day with coffee on the balcony, while the waves transport you into vacay mode. If you're ready to soak in the sun, head down to the pool or straight to the beach! Enjoy nature? There's miles of trails in Gulf State park just 1/2 mile down the street, where the Eagles Nest & the Alligators Crawl. Easy walk to Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, or stay onsite and grab lunch & a daiquiri at Sea N Suds. Plan ahead and order groceries in. You never even have to get in the car! Location is A+! You will not be disappointed in this delightful 2BR/ 2BA condo. Sleeps 6!

CHAIR/UMBRELLA SERVICE (for 2) INCLUDED in months offered MARCH-OCTOBER!! NO NEED TO LUG DOWN CHAIRS, JUST BRING YOUR TOWEL AND COOLER!

Our condo is on the 5th floor, sleeps six guests between the two KING Size bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all basic kitchen supplies and everything you need to cook, along with space to seat six. We have a dual coffee maker for regular drip coffee or K-cups. Both bedrooms offer KING SIZE BEDS. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the open parking lot. This is a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. (*Pool heated in Fall and Winter months only.)

Beachfront. Very Walkable to food, shops and attractions. Less than 10 min drive to Walmart and Grocery. 5 min drive to Dollar General. Easy Bike ride just about anywhere you would want to go. Bike parking area on site.

Full condo access

Available by phone, email and text. Typically responds within hour. Signed rental agreement and copy of driver's license required to book. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM TO BOOK. SORRY- NO PETS

Beautiful condo, awesome hosts, amazing view!

Our stay was incredible. The condo was beautiful , updated with everything you could ask for, spotless, and had an amazing patio / view of the beach. Access to the pool, restaurants, shopping, and the beach were as easy as could be. 100% recommend. Two 👍👍 and 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect get away

We had a fabulous time, location is great, guest service was great and the property was for the most part very clean! Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. So many extras provided by the property owner like beach chairs and boards, loved the master headroom it was such a lovely room with the access to the balcony!

Fantastic!

Perfect beach vacation!

Andra and Jimmy's condo is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation! It has everything needed for cooking, doing laundry, and restaurant recommendations if you want to eat out. The closet is stocked with beach toys, and the beach chairs and umbrella make it so easy to relax! We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. The king-size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable! They also have every game you can think of, books, and a smart TV. The elevators were fast, and the pool was gorgeous, plus we were walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. We give a 10-star review!

Everything was very nice and could not be located more conveniently. We were there the week of the big snow, that was definitely an unique experience. Definitely recommend Ivey's rentals.

Anniversary getaway/ relaxation.

We had an awesome time. The lodging was more than we expected and the location couldn’t have been better. Right on the beach. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze and watching and listening to the waves hitting the beach. We definitely would recommend staying there. The owners were great and they even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Hope to get to go back sometime and spend some more time there.

Perfect!

Condo was clean and relaxing. This property was perfect my 4 day stay. The property is beachfront with plenty of stores and eateries within walking distance, it was perfection. No issues or inconveniences and parking was great. The owners were very easy to work with and communication was great, thank you for this. I hope the property is available for my next stay. We had an awesome stay and not a better place than Gulf Shores. I highly recommend!

Great Location!

We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the dolphins chase schools of fish and in the evenings watching the people hunt crabs. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time!

Another Great Stay!

We love this condo-it was our second time staying here. It’s perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed, right on the beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We love that the Boardwalk isn’t as large as some high-rises next to it. The beach and pool aren’t as crowded. The condo was clean and just as advertised, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The included beach chair service was a wonderful addition! Jimmy and Andra are wonderful hosts to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Quick beach trip before school

Beautiful place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family!! Everything we needed was there from appliances to extra hangers in the closet. It was also very helpful for them to provide great places to eat. It was also very cool to watch fireworks from the pier!!

Ivey's Rockin Rentals started after one lucky fishing obsessed Husband constantly wanted to go "wet a line" in the Gulf waters. After purchasing a rental, that same husband agreed to "manage" it in hopes to retire early and have more free time.... At this present day, his amazing Wife is still taking care of everything as he continues to fish and live his own private best life.

We truly love this place. The location is convenient to the State Pier where Jimmy can fish and Gulf State Park where I can ride my bike. The trails are AMAZING!!! Sea N Suds Restaurant is onsite. Try the Fish sandwich, or Oysters with a tall Cheap Sunglasses brew! If you book and want more info on the Park trails, hiking or fishing spots, please let us know!

We stay here regularly and try to keep everything in tip top shape! 2023 UPDATES: New mattress in primary bedroom/ new couch (bc couch beds gotta be maintained) , new loveseat and chair/ refinished both bathtubs.
Please know we don't use every item on every visit. Message us if anything isn't working or needs attention. We know you have many places to choice from and we are so happy to have you at our own little piece of paradise! This property has been rented since 2019 with a 5 star rating. We are just new to self managing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location really is unbeatable. Once we get here and park the car, we bike everywhere! There is a Surf Style directly across the street with a market for all your grocery basics & beach needs. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hangout, 5 minutes to bike to The Oyster house or Dollar General. We don't really need anything else! Eat early or late, beat the crowds and enjoy!
