Located in the heart of Old Town Steamboat Springs, this remodeled home is four blocks from downtown and less than two and a half miles from the slopes. Sip morning coffee on the front porch, furnished with chairs and a swing. A fenced back patio and yard have a bench and a cafe table. Your quiet retreat is a quick stroll to the free city bus stop, which runs every 20 minutes to the mountain. Or, walk to downtown Steamboat Springs in four blocks to discover tasty food and cool bars. Spend time in nature at Yampa River Botanic Park, about a mile away. Picturesque Fish Creek Falls is an easy hike in less than three miles with gorgeous views of the falls.

This peaceful, light-filled home has a private patio, den, and living room to provide ample space for your crew. A modern sectional and plush armchair surround a 50” TV with a sound bar. Unique artwork and an ornate rug add color to this expansive space. The sun-soaked den has a comfy couch and contemporary chair. Read by the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Sweeping granite countertops and subway tile backsplash line the large, well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side fridge and gas range with a griddle.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed and a living area with a futon and 42” TV. A skylight brightens the room.

A washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, Bose Bluetooth speakers, and a boot warmer are provided.

This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
