Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don't respond to service calls between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am unless it's an emergency.

The home is located within Downtown Oakland Park. The city is safe and it is 8.1 square miles and approximately 42,000 residents call Oakland Park home. The city boasts wonderful parks and recreation facilities, an independent library, and amenities of much larger communities. Once proud to be “a small town in a big city,” Oakland Park is now a “city on the move.”

The space
Escape to your own oasis in this beautiful home! This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, office space for remote work. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. King bed (2 single massage beds together) with a large dresser in master suite. Full closet with shelves and hangers. Queen bed in the second bedroom, with full closet and shelves and a Smart TV. Family room has a sleeper couch (single size) and it's own smart tv.
In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. Dining table for 4. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.

The best part of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. A cabana house with built in BBQ grill, mini fridge, plenty of seating, outdoor shower, fire pit and lounge chairs.

There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

Other things to note
Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.


Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 5. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.


Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
