Guest Access:
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email and text message the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets and the Pet Fee is $175 per pet. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside this property.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions

Great location and dog friendly
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The description of the home is on point. Lovely view from the outside patio. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in the living room.

Good property but not everything we’re used to
Location wise, to the lake, great. Decor and/or space inside the property was great. It’s good for a short stay. “Boat slip” was far worse than pictured or described after we accepted/paid for our stay. Being the main reason we stay at “lake houses” is for the amenities as we own a boat and love to travel with it. It’s a very secluded location but the channel itself gets tons of boat traffic basically right at your back door. All hours. There is absolutely zero boat trailer parking and don’t make the mistake of at least trying to get to the property before you off load the boat trailer. It’s an impossible driving situation - once you’re IN, there’s basically zero way to get back out. It took a very long time to get us turned around and back out of the condo community. The community itself is actually pretty old. This property you can tell updates have been made to the interior and they’ve done a great job trying to keep up with it and keep it clean. Like I said, good little property for a short stay and it’s comfortable for 2 for sure. This is our 4th time staying at HSBL properties and unfortunately this one simply didn’t live up to the rest. Trying hard not to knock this one, it’s cute, it’s comfy, it’s clean - but not so sure this one is as well off as the others we visit every other month. 3ish stars.
