Welcome to Under the Sea! Come relax in our 3 bed, 2 bath Heated Pool Home. Enjoy your morning coffee & evening wine time on the lanai. Watch your favorite TV while taking a dip in the pool.

We are conveniently located close to downtown w/restaurants & nightlife. It is 10 mins to the local Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach.

You will be 25 mins to Fort Myers Beach and 35 mins to Southwest FL Regional Airport (RSW). We look forward to hosting your vacation.

Great for family

Our family settled into this house like it was our own. It had everything we needed. The inside of the house is beautiful and the outdoor space is absolutely amazing. We would stay there again!

Great experience at this property. Kids were in the pool a ton. Hot tub is a great added feature. Would stay again in future.

Under the Sea

Very charming and beautiful home. Was located in a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Had to contact the owner who was very pleasant and answered us right away and helped us out. Would highly recommend. Kids loved the pool!

Cozy home!

Amazing home, you can tell this is an older home but it’s been totally renovated and is absolutely stunning! Property manager was great to work with. Had an issue with the door code at one point and it was fixed literally within 2 minutes. Loved staying here. Great way to support the community after the hurricane.

Great Clean Home for Travel Tournament

This was a baseball tournament vacation for us. We needed a home where we could do laundry, cook and relax. This place was great! Cean, newly renovated, pool was great. We had a few minor things like light bulbs and water line to fridge that we needed addressed by property manager. They were very responsive and got it completed in the same day.

Great place!

My sister and I stayed 4 nights. The kitchen has everything you need—we cook every meal b/c of severe food allergies. Well stocked w/coffee (both for k-cups and regular pot) and sugar. Lovely living/kitchen space. Great new hot tub and pool. Pool cage reconstruction the day we left 6/28 so s/b done now. The owner responded to me immediately when I had questions. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend—looking forward to another visit!

Perfect for a family getaway

This property was perfect for our trip to Spring Training. The house was clean, bright and open with the perfect amount of space for 2-3 families. We traveled with a baby and the pack and play, baby feeding items, and stroller were a nice touch. The house was mostly as listed, except the pool was not covered by the lanai (I can only assume hurricane damage). The host did not disclose this-there was concern for the safety of materials in the yard left behind.

Spring Break 2024

The house was amazing. Just like the pictures look. The pool was a great size. Very well decorated and maintenance. Disappointed on the temperature of the pool. That is why we rented this place in Cape Coral because of the heated pool.. Tried to contact owner about turning the heat up and never got a response. So we did not use the pool as much as we should have if it would have actually been heated. 😏

Under the Sea

Everything about this property exceeds expectations! The home was beautiful and cozy, there was a lot of thought and care put into every aspect! The pool was private and clean, the beds were actually COMFORTABLE, the bathrooms were large, clean, and fully stocked. There were towels and beach gear accessible. I loved that condiments left by previous guests were kept and not thrown out! It was so nice to have them and not have to add that expense. Check in was effortless. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We had an amazing vacation!!

Nice but infested

The house looks exactly like the picture. What they don’t say is that they are infested with roaches. I wasn’t going to leave this review but is disgusting and Rhi is a liar. We checked in on Thursday that night went to order dinner (pizza) left it on the counter to go swim and came back and there had to be every bit of 10 baby roaches in our pizza boxes! I texted Rhi to let her know she ignores me until I said so you didn’t see my message so said yes can I send pictures which I did of alive roaches, dead roaches and the roach traps because she acted like she didn’t know. She said she would send an exterminator out and no one never showed up. Needless to say we had to put our items in trash bags so we wouldn’t get roaches in our belongings! Was there to bury my mother in law and this what we had to deal with on top of us mourning the death of my mother in law. This is absolutely ridiculous and she doesn’t want to compensate us for the money we lost on the pizza or anything. How y’all don’t know yall had roaches but had roach traps in the bathrooms in the kitchen like come on absolutely disgusting!

Disappointed

When i arrived, I had to track down the host to update the door code so I could enter the property. Normal bumps and bruises for a rented property. The pool had hair at the bottom, was ice cold, light broken. Advertised as heated, but you would get hypothermia ifyou swam in it. Hot tub was worse. Scum floating in it, dirt on the bottom. The grill was rusted so bad that the vatch tray fell off, the grates were not usable, wheels fell off and were used to prop up the rusted frame. Contacted the host, and they brought a new grill same day. Unfortunately the pool was loaded with chemicals and was not usable for 80% of our trip. The pool was the only reason we rented in the winter time. Complete rip off! Even though the host reacted quickly, our trip was ruined. We paid alot of our hard earned money to enjoy a trip together, and the amenities were not usable. The host never attempted to compensate us for their lack of providing a property as described and paid for.

Amazing

All I have to say is amazing. There were so many things that made this visit to Under the sea amazing. This my first VRBO and I was surprisingly impressed. The inside of the property was immaculately clean. They had made available so many resources like closest beaches, restaurants list in order of the kind of restaurant, grocery stores, and even water parks for the kids. My nephew and mom really enjoyed the private pool. I can't wait to visit this property again
