**Please note that there is a Town of Telluride construction project happening on the adjacent corner from this building. Work is intermittent and construction noise is prohibited between 6pm and 8am, Monday - Friday, and 6pm-9am on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.**

ENTRY LEVEL
Come home to an open floor layout that can make it easy to socialize and spend quality time with your group. The living room has a high ceiling, large windows, and modern décor with a relaxing vibe. You can find comfortable couches and chairs and watch fun movies on the flat-screen television. The windows offer breathtaking views of the ski resort and surrounding San Juan Mountains. You can head out to the outdoor balcony and be one with nature. Fully functional kitchen. The long list of appliances includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, instant pot, and many more essential items. Enjoy your meals in the large dining area with large windows for natural sunlight. You can also grab a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar before heading out for some fun adventures.

The primary bedroom on this level, has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Enjoy luxuries such as a walk-in shower, sinks, bathtubs, fresh towels, and personal care products in the spacious bathrooms.

UPPER LEVEL
Three other bedrooms either feature a king, can be converted to twins with advance notice and en suite bathroom. One Queen bedroom, one twin bedroom (can be converted to King with advance notice, shared bathroom, with ample space for your clothes and personal belongings in the cabinets.

The high-speed internet access is convenient for your office work and to upload photos on social media. As we offer a wide range of facilities, you can feel at home. For example, we offer an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry requirements.

When you are ready to enjoy some games, you can find cards and a few board games in the closet. You can definitely have a great time in a spacious rental condo at the Boomerang Lodge.
