Quiet and clean

Awesome home

This was a nice place for my son and I to stay. We loved the view of the horses. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure.

Cozy, clean home

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Beds were comfortable and the house is clean. The outside could be a little nicer but that didn’t matter much to us. Neighborhood is quiet and it was what we needed for our time in Cedar Park!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our three nights at this home. It was close to family that we were visiting. The home was clean and recently refurbished. The host was very kind and communicated well with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home away from home!

Ruhong communicated with us quickly and courteously. The property was clean and cozy, and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle to provide relaxation while also being close enough to enjoy everything Austin has to offer.

Great place to stay

We are a couple in pension, spent 4 weeks in this house. We found it pleasant and clean, equipped with all we needed for a long stay. It was near a shopping center, so we did not have to drive far. All in all, great place which we enjoined it very much, owner was responsive, what more can we ask? One minor comment: The door lock is tricky to operate.

Great deal & great host

This spot is a great deal! The house is spacious and has all the amenities you could need. It’s walking distance from a few things such as coffee shop, restaurant, store. The location is nice and the host is extremely kind and accommodating. This location is close to family we were visiting, so we will definitely be booking again! Would recommend.

Wonderful home for vacation!!! Very clean and comfortable. Interior is very modern. Exterior will hopefully get some work done in the future such as yard maintenance. In spite of that, I would highly recommend this home for a comfortable and clean stay. The owner was very pleasant to work with.

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay! Clean, well maintained, comfortable, with all the amenities that a couple or family might need. Highly recommend! Just two suggestions and points that make this a 4-star instead of a 5-star review: 1) The backyard and grounds needs some cleaning up and maintenance. 2) The TV was not working. Will happily return the next time we are in town.

Everything We Needed

This home was located perfectly for traveling to West Lake Hills without needing to take toll roads or busy highways. It is also very close to the grocery store and pharmacies, and pretty much anything else you might need. There’s also a great view of a horse ranch, which helped keep us entertained. Ruhong was very helpful and friendly. She got back to me super fast whenever I had a question. It was a great stay!

Great location and stay!

We loved the amenities, location and hospitality for the great price! It also was a plus that there were 3 bedrooms and there was freedom of the house for 2 people if we wanted with options of locking up that section of the unused house. We were able to cast from our laptops to the smart TV with the WiFi connection, so it wasn’t an issue that the TV was still being set up. We didn’t have time for TV regardless, we just like background noise while we sleep.

Clean house

We were a little scared when we drove up since the outside of the house and the yard are morning to wow home about, but after unlocking the door we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh and clean interior. Restrooms had large, fluffy bath towels (better than most nice hotels), large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as plenty of toilet paper. We felt safe, the neighborhood was quiet, and the price was reasonable. We also weren't expected to strip beds, etc before leaving which was a bit of a bonus since many homes do require that.

Comfortable

We would definitely stay here again. My only reservations was that the cupboards seamed dirty. Therefore, we washed what we used ahead of time. I think the only thing to really know ahead of time with this rental is that if you're looking for a space to be outside, this is not it. It has a plastic cover in a little fenced area all shaded and I was too tall for it. With all the trees and shrubbery close up around the house, it was quiet and comfortable.

Nice house but poor landscaping maintenance

Inside the house was very clean and well kept, but the outside lacked maintenance. The grass hadn’t been mowed and there were dead trees and over grown areas that created a poor first impression when arriving at the house.

The inside of the house was good. Clean, updated recently. The outside was lacking and not maintained so my kids couldn’t play outside (we had got a house with a small yard so that this would be doable). The dishwasher works with a switch on the wall(?) but we didn’t know that before we checked out/it wasn’t labeled so we couldn’t start the dishwasher as part of the checkout process. We were able to communicate this to the host with no issues. The house is close to main streets but doesn’t feel like it, and it’s easy to get to shopping/dining. It was also easy to get from the airport after a very long day of traveling.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood

Good size for our family of five. Easy drive to major highways, near large grocery store and mall. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of towels. A/C worked great. Clean interior. Exterior was neglected looking. Beds were not comfortable (two were actually futons folded down so a bar is right in the middle, not something you can tell from the photos).
