We had a wonderful couple of weeks at this perfect waterfront home. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and even got to watch dolphins! The house was very well stocked and our host stayed in touch to make sure everything went well. Thank you!

Beautiful view! We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. It has tons of space. It is thoughtfully appointed and a good location. We even saw dolphins in the lake from the pool!

Amazing home with warm pool and a view!

We loved staying here! The home was well situated for travel to nearby towns. Lots to see and do! The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and plenty of local restaurants. The home was extremely clean and plenty of bathroom and pantry items. Our dogs loved all the toys that were there for them. The pool was warm and well-maintained. The view from the lanai, dining area, and main bedroom was of a beautiful river with frequent bird sitings and even a dolphin! We would stay here again.

Wonderful Home

This is the most well stocked and guest friendly place we have stayed. The location is nice and quiet with plenty of stores and restaurants a short driving distance away. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. My family would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful retreat

My family and I were delighted to no end with this home and amenities. The owners have put together an amazing combination of comfort, convenience, organization and features, the on-line photos do not do justice to the actual experience. Million Dollar View

This was probably the most well-equipped rental that we have vacationed in. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was great, and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets and even one Spacex launch from the dock. We highly recommend this VRBO if you are coming to SW Florida.

Sunsets and Comfort

Lora & Rick are terrific hosts. The house is clean and very well provisioned - kitchen, pool, beach. Beautiful sunsets poolside or on the dock. Our golden retriever loved playing fetch in the parkette across the street. Convenient location for all your needs.

What a wonderful home and attentive hosts! Everything at the home was as described. We’ve never stayed in such a well stocked home. The hosts were very generous with the supplies they provided. We loved fishing off the dock and even landed a few sting rays. Used the bikes and the paddle boat - plenty to keep us busy. Thanks for a great trip.

More than I expected!!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. Enjoyed morning coffee on the boat dock and evenings watching the sunset next to the pool. Everything was well organized and easy to find. Perfect Spot to Stay in Port Charlotte!

My husband and I rented this lovely home and our daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren also stayed with us over the weekend. The two master suites are on opposites sides of the house. Everyone had all the privacy they needed. The kids had a nice room with bunk beds and plenty sleeping space. My husband loved the very comfortable recliners in the living room and the rest of us spent hours in the pool each day. There were lots of things for relaxing and having fun in the pool. The house was very clean and was well supplied with all that we needed (except for food!). Lora was easy to contact and very responsive and helpful. I would give Lora and this lovely home 10 stars if I could! We surely hope it will be available for our next visit to Port Charlotte!

Excellent property in Port Charlotte

We enjoyed our stay so much in November that we booked this property for our April vacation. The hosts are wonderful. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, new appliances. We highly recommend this property!

Great time

Lora was the best hostess. The house was amazing. Clean, stocked with everything you need to cook. Very well kept and all the comforts of home. Lora was overly helpful and always available to answer any question. The property is located perfectly between siesta Key and Sanibel Island with many beaches in between. Convenient to shops, parks and restaurants. The best part was Lora’s notes and book of the area. No stressing over how to use lights, TV, all conveniences. I can’t wait to return in Fall.

Very comfortable home, great location

This is our second stay here and love the home. Lora and Rick are wonderful hosts, very flexible and great communication. Lots of extras provided - towels, beach chairs, paper products, lots of dishes, spices and everything needed in the kitchen. The home is in a great location, close to many stores and restaurants, and a good neighborhood for taking walks. Loved sitting down by the water and watching sunsets.

Clean, easy and a great view

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property has a beautiful view. The house was well-provisioned. Fantastic pool. Dog-friendly fenced side yard. Driving into neighborhood after hurricane Ian was a bit worrisome, but, property made up for it.

Wonderful Port Charlotte property

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was the cleanest, most updated, most well stocked property. All instructions for running appliances, TV, pool, etc. were very clear. The pictures don't do it justice - it is even nicer and bigger than it looks in the pictures. All furniture, beds, and appliances are in great shape. The pool was lovely - electric and solar heater made it a perfect temperature. We highly recommend this property!

Stunning

This house was beyond our expectations the pictures showed it was beautiful but seeing this in person took my breath away the house is open and every room had a personal touch of decor the views from the Lani we astounding... We saw dolphins and sunsets that made us feel so blessed. The amenities that were supplied for our use was fabulous this was definitely a home away from home. The owners were phenomenal with everything from check in to check out and everything in between. If I could give this place more stars I would.. will definitely rent this again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi! We are Rick and Lora, and we are originally from the Parma, Ohio area. We currently reside in North Fort Myers, so we are nearby if needed. We've stayed in many VRBO'S, and think we have a good feel for what guests want! We keep the home well stocked, well equipped, and very clean! We have frequented Southwest FL for many years, and are pleased to now own a home there to retreat to and share with others!

We vacationed in the Fort Myers area when we were kids, and both our sets of parents retired to the area in the 1980's. We continued our vacation experiences with our kids, and now our grandkids! We've always loved the Gulf side of south Florida, and now we get to live here! We never tire of this area! We enjoy the proximity to Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda, Ft. Myers, Venice and Sarasota.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the floorplan of this home, and the roominess of the layout. While the home is not ADA compliant, it is handicap-friendly. There is easy access with 4 inch thresholds, step in shower in both of the master suites, along with grab bars and a raised toilet in one master. In the living room is a wonderfully comfortable, fully adjustable power lift chair. The dining table is counter height, seats 10, with plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles!
We also have some baby equipment- pack 'n play, bedding, bed rail, booster seat, kid's dinnerware, and toys and games.
