9m² studio, air-conditioned and located on the 5th floor without elevator (think of your calves!). Ideal location a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
Please note, the common areas of the building are unfortunately not clean
The neighborhood is charming but only the building is "stained". The tenants around are not clean.
You will enjoy your stay if you are looking for accommodation with a very good location, at an affordable price and you are not fussy about the building 😊

The accommodation
Charming air-conditioned studio in Nice - Near the Beach & Promenade des Anglais ☀️

Carefully furnished, it offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay:

- Air conditioning for optimal comfort, especially during hot summer days. ❄️
- Dream location a few steps from the sea and its entertainment.
- Equipped kitchen: Oven, hob, kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
- Sleeping area: A double bed awaits you in the mezzanine, accessible by a temporary ladder (be careful, flip-flops are recommended for your comfort when going up)
- Bathroom: Shower, toilet, small sink and welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, soap)
- Washing machine: the clothes horse is small given the size of the accommodation, so it is advisable not to do large loads of laundry. Otherwise, a laundromat is located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation

Perfect location to discover Nice:

- Promenade des Anglais and beaches: A few steps away to enjoy the sun and the sea. 🏖️
- Nearby amenities: Supermarket, bakeries, brasseries... everything for your daily life.
- Place Masséna: Accessible in 20 minutes on foot via the Promenade des Anglais.

Reminder:
- The common areas of the building are unfortunately not at the same level of cleanliness as the studio.
- The studio is small (9m²) and is located on the 5th floor without elevator.

Despite these points, this studio is an excellent choice for an economical and well-located stay in Nice.
