Palms at Wailea 102 has been totally renovated, professionally designed and decorated with luxury at its finest. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the primary bedroom, living room, and lanai. This 2-bedroom/2-bath offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat.

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this home has brand new furnishings throughout, including new luxury mattresses, high-end kitchen appliances, Restoration Hardware furniture, custom window coverings, and designer flooring and tile. The spacious covered lanai has comfortable furnishings and tile to enjoy meals while watching the amazing Maui sunsets.

The divine living area is the perfect space to curl up to your favorite movie after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with upscale furnishings and flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. The capacious kitchen is well equipped with all the inspired home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a gourmet meal. Complete with a dining table for four. No detail was missed in this dazzling condo, with the blues of the enchanting Maui waters throughout.

The guest bedroom is lush with linens and a queen bed to drift off for the perfect night's rest. Conveniently adjacent is the guest bath with sleek glass-enclosed soothing rain shower and vanity area. The exquisite primary bedroom offers a King bed and a luxurious ensuite bath! Complete with soaking air tub, soothing rain shower, breathtaking tile, spacious vanity, and sophisticated clean lines.

Brand new split air conditioner and ceiling fans in all rooms to keep cool any time of year. The washer/dryer is an added plus and allows for lighter packing.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Dream Vacation and Home!

I was SO happy with this home in Wailea. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and had everything we needed down to beach towels, zip lock bags, amazing cooking appliances, etc. It was all the little details. There wasn’t one thing I felt was missing. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and location. The beach just down the hill was perfect for me and the kids (ages 10-15). They swam safely and the sand was soft. We are absolutely coming back again!

A Gem!

We had a wonderful weeks stay in Wailea! The home is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. It is beautiful decorated throughout, and it has everything you would find in your own home. We really loved spending time on the large balcony. It faces directly towards the ocean. Fun to watch whales in the distance. The location is great! It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well, but most are a short ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

This property is stunning! Gorgeous decor, beachy but not tacky. Great lighting. Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen. Patio is great. Washer and dryer and quality units not cheap appliances like lots of condos. I’ve never had remote control candles before lol! A nightlight that goes on when you turn the living room lights off. I loved the alarm clock in the master that displays on the ceiling! Small negatives: some bugs but there is pest control all over the unit plus a scheduled pest control service to help with this. The only thing that would have been nice to be included would be a beach umbrella and possibly boogie boards. Beach chairs were included. Otherwise this was a fantastic unit and I would highly recommend 🙌

Family trip

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. It was a great place to come to after a day of adventures and the beach. It was home away from home for a week.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our few nights at this beautifully decorated condo. Very well stocked for an enjoyable stay. We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it seemed to be quite a distance but close beaches with ample parking even over the 4th of July weekend. Located in a very nice area. We left behind an extra (new) beach chair we brought over from Kauai- but the condo was also already stocked for beach items- chairs, coolers, beach towels. A few extra bath towels in the condo would be nice as I believe there were only 4-5 and there were 4 of us. Hopefully we'll return again some day!! Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time renting from CBIP. We rented a different condo as the one we rented in 2019 was unavailable. This condo was much nicer, more up-to-date, but much more expensive. The only concern we had was the oven. Our first night there we arrived late and bought a frozen pizza for dinner only to discover the oven did not work. We reported the problem immediately. CBIP acknowledged our concern immediately but never fixed the problem. More money does not mean better quality.

Aloha, thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry that we did not follow up regarding the oven. Our notes indicated we had left a voicemail to try and get permission to enter. Our goal is to follow through whenever any issue is reported and we should have kept trying to reach out. I'm sorry this did not happen. The issue causing the oven not to work was the breaker. It was tripped and just needed to be flipped back on. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen in the future. Again, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. My stay in Unit 102 was very nice. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. The sunset views from the lanai were perfect. When I booked this unit I didn’t realize it was on the second floor and I don’t recall that this was mentioned in the online description. If it is not stated, I suggest this be included.

Beautiful Remodeled Condo w/ Ocean View

The condo was just remodeled and they did a fantastic job. It was well decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were soft and clean, the indoor and outdoor spaces were large and well furnished. The location was great and the complex was well maintained overall! I would definitely stay there again!

Great Place!

Very nicely decorated condo in a very nice location. Good view of the ocean in the distance. Newly remodeled and very nicely done. Loved the patio living space, the sliding door to patio that opens double wide and grill on patio. Bed was very comfortable.
