Ekahi Village 44C - Beautifully appointed Ocean View Condo mins from the beach

Wailea Ekahi Village 44C is a lovely and romantic two-story townhouse. The downstairs lanai is surrounded by lush gardens with the sweet aroma of native Hawaiian flora. The upstairs lanai affords a panoramic ocean view and breathtaking sunsets.

This condo is a mere 4 minute stroll along a beautifully-manicured garden pathway to the main Ekahi pool, exercise room, and access to the spectacular Keawakapu Beach, named by Conde Nast Travel Magazine as one of the world's best!

The townhouse was recently completely renovated. The first level has top of the line hardwood flooring, granite countertops, a vaulted ceiling, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with a queen size sofa bed, and half bathroom

On the second floor is the master suite with a king size bed, a large dressing room and sliding glass doors leading to the upper lanai - an ideal spot for breakfast, or an intimate evening glass of wine while watching the fabulous Maui sunsets.

The townhouse was lovingly designed for comfort and beauty and I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy your stay!

Very well appointed kitchen. The place was clean, beautiful views from both the upstairs and downstairs lanai. Very responsive host. A little walk to the beach but we enjoy the quiet and peaceful location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Steps from the "quiet pool" it was a beautiful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Condo!

Absolutely amazing property and communicating with Mike was a breeze. It had everything we needed, including a great cart to get things to and from the beach. Highly recommended and we hope to come back as soon as we can!

Perfect location, beautiful property

Great Wailea location close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, golf and of course the beach/ocean. The property was tucked into a quiet, private corner of the property with lots of beautiful greenery and evening sunsets over the ocean from the upper and lower lanai’s. Super clean grilling area and pool which were steps away. Short 5 min walk to the gorgeous beach. Home was super well equipped with beach towels, chairs cooler and umbrellas along with a cart. Fully stocked kitchen. Mike was quick to respond to any of our questions and was able to provide us with a late check out for a red eye flight. Mahalo.

Lovely Property! Close to Beach and Pools!

We loved this condo and it was very difficult to leave. The unit is conveniently located right next to the BBQ area and one of the three pools on the property. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property itself is gorgeous with plenty of walking trails and well maintained grounds. We were only a short walk from the golf course, the Shops at Wailea, multiple resorts with fabulous dining options, and the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Picture Perfect Paradise Condo

Beautiful condo and property. It’s located at the back of the property and is a short walk down to the beach and heated pool. There is a smaller, non-heated pool and grills very near the unit. The condo has pretty much everything you’d need including a wagon to haul stuff down to the beach and beach toys. Great snorkeling right from shore a short walk to the left on the beach. Saw turtles, eels, octopus and numerous fish. Sunsets on the beach are a must along with the Kihei food trucks!

Ekahi Village 44C,suggestions not complaints. Good communication from host. Great stay!

This property is located at the back of the complex.It was nice to be away decreasing foot traffic/people noise.Con:cars with loud speakers driving by.The normal traffic flow was not bad. The ACs were great and had a fan always mode. This muffled all noise while sleeping.The kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO I’ve used. We travel with a good bit of kit supply’s but this condo had things we don’t usually find,ie beer yeti, a lime squeezer, and mason jars. The pots and pans were good quality.There were a few spices available and some condiments in the frig.I loved this.One item that could be added is a hand mixer. But overall this kitchen was well stocked.The bed was comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The fitted sheet never came loose.There were multiple pillow types to choose from. I’ve never had the type of pillow I use at home in a VRBO so that was a great find.The TV in the bedroom and downstairs should be updated.The speakers sound dated but they worked.The lanai upstairs has more view than downstairs.The only problem was the chairs sit lower so when you sit, the rail was in direct view of the ocean.A pub style table would be beneficial.The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels.There was even a magnified face mirror available in the drawer.The living room was comfortable furniture.There was plenty of beach supplies,towels,and a yeti cooler.We loved the lower lanai and had a beautiful sunset view over the ocean.We would for sure stay again.5*

Mike was a great host and this place offered all we could ask for. We loved the area, culture, experiences, and amenities offered. Everything was beyond expectations and truly amazing! We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous views from main and master lanais!

We have stayed at Ekahi several times in different units. We really enjoyed the gorgeous ocean and garden views from this unit. The grounds at Ekahi are stunning! Kitchen pantry and bathrooms were well stocked. Lots of residual toiletries. An area for improvement would be to replace the pull out couch mattress. Nobody from our family could bear sleeping on it, so we bought an air mattress from Target and suitcase to fly it home. The unit is located on a busy corner so best for people who like to sleep with A/C to drown out the overnight cars.

Outstanding property

This is our second time staying in Ekahi Village. This unit is quiet and a little removed from the busiest part of the complex. Great views, lots of space and everything you might need. Mike answered questions immediately so we felt very well taken care of. Will stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

Really enjoyed our week stay in Nov 2023. The condo is very well equipped, from everything in the kitchen to boogie boards outside. We really appreciated the code access to the condo so you didn’t need to carry a key or card with you when at the beach. This is our second time at Ekahi village and the location can’t be beat. Close to restaurants and grocery in Kihei or a short stroll to shops and food at Wailea village. Great ratio of pools to people and beach front! Mike the host was excellent; prompt and professional. Last but not least - the views from the upstairs patio are unbelievable!

We love staying at this property and location and have been in other condos on the property for the past 15 years. The condo had everything necessary and was a good layout. We did have to buy a couple pillows as the ones provided were not great but overall we had a great experience

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ekahi 44C. The view is beautiful, the condo is located outside a gorgeous pool. It is a bit of a walk to the main pool and beach but the complex is so beautiful that it is a very enjoyable walk. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home.

Stay in 44c

The property was great with nice views. Process was very easy. The property is nice with a pool close by that usually was not busy. It was great having beach access and everything you need for the beach is there!
