There is a review referring to no hot water. There is a brand new on demand water heater that has been installed in this home during that guests stay.

This cabin is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet road with the home overlooking a fairway of the golf course.

This cabin has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the use of the garage. On the main entry level, the first room you will pass is a nicely equipped office room with desks and monitors to use so you can work on vacation in privacy. A little further down the hall, you will find a spacious kitchen that is well equipped for your in home meals and a dining area.

This living is amazing with full wall windows to enjoy the snow falling, or watch the golfer pass by in the distance. This living room has a gas fireplace, large smart TV and plenty of space to lounge. There is a queen bedroom on this floor with a full bathroom across the hall. There is a full laundry area on this floor.

There are two 2nd floors. The first one is the master suite with full bath and king size bed. This room has a great cabin feel and offers plenty of privacy. The last bedroom is over the garage area and has a queen bed and another full bathroom.

This home is located in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association that offers access to the lakes for fishing, and a recreation area including an indoor pool / hot tub and state of the art exercise equipment. Fishing requires a special permit and recreation center is a fee based facility.

This home does not allow pets.
This home does not have AC

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

It was nice and clean everything you need for couple days of stay. Only thing we would have liked is TV in rooms. Other than that nice area.

Wonderful stay. Appears to be newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen with new appliances a plus. Excellent Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the golf course. Very spacious open living area. Close to town and activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a quiet area off the golf course but close to town making it very convenient to run to the store or grab something to eat. My only negative was it was extremely hit during the afternoons. Even leaving the windows open didn’t seem to help. It does cool down at night This is a great house for the winter but if you are sensitive to the heat, I don’t recommend during the warmer months. House was very clean and updated.if you want convenience, this is a great house.

Loved the windows!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. The large windows added to the ambiance, offering a nice view. The layout of the space provided private areas while also accommodating all seven of us to dine together at the table and relax with some TV before bed. Although we saw a previous review mentioning an issue with hot water, we can confidently say it has been resolved—there was plenty of perfectly hot water after a long day of skiing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Semi Satisfactory

Our family and two close friends stayed at this location for the 4th of July week. The Pros were we liked how everyone in our group had their own room, and bathroom. The location and the neighborhood were great. The Cons, this home does not come with an Air Conditioner whatsoever. Since two of the three rooms are upstairs, the rooms were so hot even with the windows open and a small fan they provided. In the living room the fan was not working so we called and they brought us a small electric fan.

Ski base

Excellent space with room for 7 adults Close to shopping - 30 minutes (exactly) to Wolf creek skiing. We cook every night (could use a larger skillet), but kitchen great! Parking is great. Really a great value (not fancy) just seemed like home.

The neighborhood is super quiet and we saw lots of wild life. My only recommendation would be to add more comfortable chairs to the patio. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Family Ski Vacation at East Golf Place

From the lovely welcome basket of goodies to the beautiful views from the wall of windows, this private home was perfect for our family vacation. The in-home privacy of 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was perfect and everyone had their own space. The fireplace was cozy and used everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated (like new) appliances and there is a beautiful view from the kitchen as well. There is plenty of parking for everyone. We will definitely be back if the host will have us

Great location and room for everyone

The property was as described, but we had a few issues. The first issue is the convoluted array of emails you get between VRBO and the property management making information hard to find when you need it. After finding the code to the lock box, we checked in and were met with a sticky floor,a Snow Man on the back Porch with yellow snow on his face, and a garage full of trash. The mgt company had prepared us for the trash, but it was quite a bit and it smelled. I’m assuming a party happened there the week before. We dropped our bags and left to get groceries. When we came back, the key would not work and we were locked out. We tried for 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. I eventually found an open window, climbed in, and opened the door. The Mgt company was gracious and came over to problem solve, but part of the problem solving was arranging a time for the lock smith to come over the next day and to pick up trash. This might sound rude, but we were there to ski, not to wait around for a repair or trash removal and the mgt company did not seem to get that point. All was fixed the next day and everything else was fine, but the maintenance and repair controls for this property need to be looked at. Having said all that, we would stay there again. The rooms were good sizes and there was plenty of room to hang out.

No hot water

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House didn't have any hot water. We called VIP services to address issue twice during our stay and weren't able to fix water heater issue each time. Had to take showers at local hotel. Afterwards VIP services has yet to address issue satisfactory or make an attempt to offer a discount on future stay. Will not use again.
