Hot Air Balloons will take you up for an amazing adventure year-round and they touch down on a lake. Speaking of lakes – there are 7 in the area! We also have tons of biking trails. The downtown area is full of fun to be had, and it’s about a 45 minute drive to Durango.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
