Relax with family & friends at this peaceful & cozy cottage. A newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in the heart of the Finger Lakes of NY. Right off the Cayuga Wine Trail in the Village of Cayuga with lake views, fireplace, family dining and a spacious backyard with a fire pit & off street parking. Quick walk to the lakefront for boating, fishing, amazing sunsets and more. Central to local wineries & distilleries as well as the Women's Rights Museum and Harriet Tubman home.

Fabulous stay!

Charming house - the hosts added so many thoughtful touches. It was clean, very comfortable, great location. Id stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. It was perfect for a weekend away.

Clean, well-stocked home by the lake

This home had 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, with 3 double/Queen beds plus a pull-out couch that was perfect for our family of 5. The place is an older property but seems recently remodeled. The interior was thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and all of the fixtures and appliances that we used were in working order. The house had everything we needed and more. Our friends rented a much larger house a few miles away that was pitifully stocked, and I was glad we didn’t have to worry about little things like buying extra trash bags or aluminum foil. The personal touch also added to our experience in a positive way. One thing I was concerned about was the AC, but the separate upstairs and downstairs units did a great job of keeping the home cool and dry when it was humid and 85 degrees outside. Great place, would stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Quiet & convenient to all FLX attractions

Perfect location for day trips throughout FLX. Has 1 full bathroom (great shower!) & ‘powder room’, so perfect for a couple or small family to share. We ate out (so many farmers markets & great food places!) so didn’t spend much time besides sleeping. Comfortable + private. Loved it!

What a cozy, charming and rustic home. When you walk in it's like you've been there all your life. The owners are great and the neighborhood is quiet.

Was happy to find a place that would accept a one night rental. Had everything that we needed for a reunion of 3 classmates. Not on the water but a short walk.

Girls weekend getaway

Great for our stay. Close to the wineries, played euchre, went to restaurant on the water, beautiful weekend. Charming little place, squeaky floors and doors brought me back to childhood. Would stay again.

Great visit on Cayuga lake

Shannen & Andrew thought of everything - from Frank’s Red hot in the cabinet, to advil in the bathroom, to boardgames in the livingroom- all the conveniences of home were supplied. The next time we come home, we will definitely stay here!

Very nice house with all the amenities you should happen to need

Very cozy place to stay there were 4 of us and plenty of room. There was a welcome bottle of wine,bottles of water and snacks waiting for us when we got there Communicating was fast and easy also.

Peace of mind

Cozy & Cheerful cottage was clean, well stocked and best of all so peaceful. Each evening we sat on the porch swing watching the waves of Cayuga Lake come ashore. We were very happy with our entire Finger Lake experience mostly due to the our time at the cottage. I don't believe there is a more spacious or better situated waterfront cottag in all of western NY.

Perfect weekend getaway

Cozy cottage was the perfect location for a girl's weekend! The front porch has the best view overlooking the lake, and the owners made us feel at home with the personal touches they had in the home.

Beautiful cottage perfect for our wine weekend getaway!

Updated cottage right near the water. Cottage was clean and tidy. Owners left snacks and drinks upon arrival. We loved it!

Wedding trip to Toronto

As the perfect half way mark from nyc to Toronto my son his wife and infant needed to drive rather than fly to a family wedding. They loved the place.

Fantastic place for a girls getaway!

This was possibly the cutest house I've rented through VRBO! It was so comfortable and well equipped. It's cozy but roomy enough that everyone had their own space to retreat to when we needed some time to decompress. The kitchen was the most well appointed of all the kitchens I've experienced. There were thoughtful snacks and drinks provided, even the makings for smores! We honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to spend the weekend in.

Beautiful fall weekend

This is a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was even better than described—clean, spacious and many amenities. Found everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We are a family of five with older teens and young adult kids. Plenty of space to hang out together and also to get time by yourself. We drove to a local fall festival, hiked nearby and walked along the lake. Great location to be out in nature and also near restaurants and activities. Would love to stay again!

Everything you could want

We stayed here with another couple to celebrate our anniversary. The house was perfect. Shannen and Andrew were very thoughtful and provided all kind of lire thoughtful details to make it feel like home. The house location is right near Cayuga Lake. We would definitely stay there again!

An old New England house that has been completely updated while maintaining it's Old Charm. The owners have added lots of unique features and paid attention to every detail. It's located just a short walk to a small park on the lake.

Lovely stay on Cayuga Lake

This house was brimming with special touches including a great welcome package! We were in the area for a wedding so didn't have much time at the house but we did enjoy morning coffee on the porch, looking out at the beautiful lake. There is a nice park and boardwalk just across the road from the house and we hope to come back with kayaks! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Cozy Capitivating Cayuga

It was a delight to stay at this location. Andrew and Shannen did a great job with unique attention to detail, offering snacks, water, and even a bottle of wine from a local winery...not to mention that if wanted to have a campfire and cook some s'mores, that was available as well. Additionally, the shampoo, soap, and lotion in the bathrooms were very thoughtful. They had a book put together of local places to visit including restaurants as well. There was adequate room for our family of 4. Being in walking distance of Cayuga Lake and being able to watch the sunset was relaxing. Of course, my daughter wanted to go to the local Wegman's only 15 minutes away to grab some grub and we were grateful to have that nearby. When I communicated with Andrew and Shannen, I thought they were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing time away.
