This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo combines comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. A split AC system keeps both the living room and bedroom cool and comfortable, while UV-coated sliding glass doors help reduce afternoon heat without blocking the incredible ocean scenery. The living room also features a brand-new sleeper sofa, making the condo ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

For beach days and island adventures, the condo includes beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for guest use. While occasional snorkel gear may be left behind by previous guests, we recommend renting professionally fitted equipment locally for the best snorkeling experience.

Driving is optional during your stay. The open-air Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) travels along scenic Ali'i Drive between Kailua-Kona and Keauhou seven days a week, making it easy and affordable to explore the coastline, beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Oceanfront Property Disclosure
One of the most special features of Honu Haven is its incredibly close proximity to the ocean. During the winter months, Hawaii can experience large ocean swells, strong winds, and occasional sea spray. At times, salt mist may accumulate on the lanai glass, and weather conditions can make the lanai breezy or damp. For many guests, this is all part of the authentic oceanfront experience — dramatic waves, cooling trade winds, and the ever-changing beauty of the Pacific. If you prefer a more sheltered setting farther from the shoreline, please feel free to inquire about our other available properties.

KONA REEF Spalling Project Update - The A building will be completed by June 10, 2026. The site project will continue around the rest of the buildings through the fall. Once completed, the project will shift to parking lot repaving through the rest of the year. There should be no direct disruptions to guests staying at A27. There will be some occasional noise during business ours of weekdays.
