Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming, casting, and Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful Stay at Casa Valerio (Unit 6D) the place looked exactly as it does in the pictures! The bed was super comfortable. The place was clean and the amenities were spectacular! Host was super responsive! Definitely would book again when I come back to Santa Barbara!

Lovely Santa Barbara Stay

Wonderful rental suite with a perfect location. Clean and comfortable with great walkability to nearby restaurants, shopping, theatres and all the charm that Santa Barbara has to offer. Prompt communication with off-site hosts when questions arose. Would highly recommend!

A home away from home!

I don’t want to rave too much because I want to keep it to myself but it’s too good! All one needs is a change of clothing as this cozy jewel has everything, down to a first aid kit and lantern in case the power goes out! The cleanliness, comfort, and the communication with the host company are all A+. I particularly appreciate the eco-friendliness of this property.

Great location and had everything you need for an extended stay that feels like home away from home. State Street is on the corner and you can walk into a bustling area with tons of shops and restaurants within minutes. Very safe neighborhood with easy parking.

Second time staying here and will stay again!

Lovely, quiet, and safe residential location that's close to downtown. Personally love the aesthetic and design of the whole property, inside and out. Really appreciate their effort to minimize plastics and single-use products. Great customer service support - had a small issue with the door lock at 11pm and was able to resolve it quickly with their friendly (human) phone support. Already planning my next stay at Casa Valerio!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog and the stay was amazing. The distance to the restaurants were only a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. The room was perfect for a couple and a dog. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place, Great location.

We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. I liked that the sidewalk/patio had cafe table with 2 chairs and was off to the side of the house. It offered nice privacy and the western sun. We spent evenings out there with a bottle of wine and was lovely. The bed was really comfortable! The unit also came with toiletries, in case you forgot yours, which was much appreciated! It was nice to have a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishes. We would definitely stay here again!

Your New Fav Spot To Stay

I absolutely adored this listing. The location was AMAZING and the accommodations were also incredible. It was located just off of State Street and was in a quiet and safe area. As a solo traveler I tend to get nervous when booking in places I have never been but I could not have felt more safe here! It is short walking distance to all things downtown and was SO nice. The inside was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host left so many different toiletries and necessities for myself and I will definitely be staying here again!

Very excited about this find in Santa Barbara

My mom and I had a really lovely stay at our Casa Valeria unit. We loved the location and the access to downtown. The street is very quiet and relaxed which was ideal. Running a bath felt really nice and the sheets and comforter on the bed are great. I found the mattress to be too soft and wished some filtered water was supplied because the tap water is very chlorinated. The size was great overall and the television was impressive! Everything was incredibly clean and the room was very charming. I would certainly go back!
