Recién renovados cuartos de huéspedes en un hogar moderno en la exclusiva sección Montecito de Santa Bárbara. Entrada privada Fácil estacionamiento en la calle.

Más de 400 pies cuadrados. Ducha de la sala de vapor, mini refrigerador, microondas, cama queen / colchón real, televisor de pantalla plana Samsung de 65 'y reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray.

Internet inalámbrico gratis.

Área de patio privado.

Los invitados deben bajar una docena de escaleras para entrar.

Sin aire acondicionado. Tampoco hay en la casa principal donde vivimos. Raro en las casas de Santa Bárbara debido a su ubicación costera. Esto nunca fue un problema durante años, pero los últimos veranos han tenido un calor récord. Ofrecemos un potente ventilador de torre Dyson y un ventilador auxiliar que harán que la habitación sea cómoda si hay una "ola de calor". Esta es una rara ocurrencia rara.

La casa tiene vistas al Montecito Peak y se encuentra en un remoto cañón tranquilo.

Nice place to stay in the hills of Montecito. For the price it is much better than a local hotel and you get to experience more of the area besides just downtown SB. Our trip wasn’t really a “getaway” just needed a clean, quiet, semi close to SB place to sleep and it checked all those boxes.Thank you!

My stay truly exceeded expectations in every way. The location was perfect, the property itself was beautiful, and the accommodations were exceptional. It is so quiet! I haven’t slept that well in a long time. Lisa was very hospitable and prompt with communication. The bed is comfortable and the steam shower was so relaxing. The surrounding area is green and lush. I had some lovely walks! It was a convenient place to stay while visiting my son at Westmont. Thank you!

The hosts were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, offering their support in case we needed any recommendations. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for two people. It was really nice they provided coffee.

Would we come back? YES! HostsVery communicative before, during, and after. Detailed and throughout with any updates and/or important info StudioLOVE LOVE the steam activated shower, high ceiling and open natural light. There is wide ample room and tons of storage space plus dishes, water filter, a good amount of towels and utensils.Just IMO, the small refrigerator was a little loud when trying to sleep and there's a bunch of spiders and red ants inside due to the garden outside, just assuming.Nearby spots 10mins from Coast Village rd (Bree'osh Bakery Cafe, Honor Bar and Luckys Steakhouse) 10mins away from the SB pier Great locationSecluded location and during this time very lush and nature vibes. It's not too far for a quick Uber ride if you need from SB

What a wonderful studio getaway in Santa Barbara. Studio is just as pictured- modern, secluded and very comfortable. From the sectional and large screen TV for movies to a very comfortable bed and modern beautiful shower and steam room, It has everything we needed for the two of us to enjoy a few nights away. We loved the location close to the trails but not far from restaurants and shops. Hope to be back and would most definitely stay again. The hosts are warm and welcoming but also allow for your privacy. Thanks you!!

The studio apartment is attached to the house (which is unique and stunning) but feels private because it's down some stairs with its own entrance. It's as nice as the photos show, and what's even nicer is that it's in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood with properties that are far enough apart for everything to feel private but also give you the chance to see beautiful houses dotting the landscape. The only thing that could have been better for us personally is if the bed were firmer, but that is just personal preference. We enjoyed being close to anything we wanted- you can ignore the city and be totally in nature, or be at Trader Joe's in 10 minutes. The Hot Springs hike was less than 10 minutes' drive. Breakfast at the Boathouse was less than 20 minutes away. We definitely recommend this as a great find!

Place for a dear friend!

Our 85 year old aunt found the stairs a little scary so we switched her out and put a friend here! She loved the relaxing atmosphere and tranquil setting. Great hosts! Highly recommend!
