Island oasis, a true waterfront paradise. 3 bedroom/2 baths allowing up to 8 guests. Just a few miles from Dunedin/Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs, the location is perfect. Enjoy Kayaks & Bikes we have available on the propery. Hop on the Pinellas trail to see all the local attractions or kayak out to a nearby spoil island and enjoy paradise. Whatever you choose to do, at the end of the day you can sit out on the dock and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Come and enjoy the island life!


Boat parking is available with approval from owners.
(MUST park in designated space). If you wish to have a boat, please message us about this request.

The home was everything that was advertised. Recently renovated - has every modern convenience and the location was great with a wonderful view of the Bay especially at sunset. Kitchen was immaculate and bedrooms were brand new. Would stay again

Beautiful property!

This is a lovely house with a bay view. We loved the kitchen, open floor plan, game table, water views and fishing off the doc. The kayaks were fun too. We didn’t have a chance to ride the bikes, but the bike path is right there. We highly recommend for a family or girls trip. We have family close and would love to come back. Mary is also a perfect host.

Peaceful getaway on the water

My family and I had a great time at this property. It is beautiful, clean and very tranquil. We really enjoyed using the available fishing kayaks and gear, along with the convertible pool table and ping pong tables. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the linens were clean. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Book today and you will not be disappointed!

A perfect Pinellas County location

Mary was a great host and very easy to work with. The house was just perfect for the two of us. 2-bdrm, 2-bath. Husband loved the pool table. The house was clean, well provisioned and tastefully decorated. Beds and linens were comfy. Oh and kayaks and bikes are provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and more! The best part was the location....on a canal looking out to the bay. Beautiful evenings and a quiet neighborhood. Close to Dunedin (Blue Jays spring training), Clearwater (Phillies!) and only a couple blocks from the wonderful Pinellas bike trail. We rode bikes every other day and also visited other nearby, charming towns like Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. This vacation house exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our visit for next year. Thanks Mary!

Great Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful and very spacious. With the dock, pool table, etc. it was the perfect setup for our group of friends. Originally there was some confusion on the listing, we had a group in town to fish and the listing popped up when I searched for "8 adults". I was notified that this house was not capable of housing 8 adults when I tried to book. So maybe a little more clarification on the listing would cause less confusion. We did end up having plenty of room. There was also an issue with a boat we had docked on the floating pier overnight. They have underwater lights and I received a message that they hoped there was no damage to the underwater lighting as a result of this. They also stated they would have given us access to their boat lift had they known this, which was also not mentioned in the listing or communicated after booked until they saw the boat tied up over night on their cameras I assume. Neither being big issues, but ones that could have been avoided with better communication. Otherwise, fantastic house with a great location, we would definitely go back and absolutely enjoyed our stay.

GORGEOUS Waterfront Home!!!

GORGEOUS Waterfront Home!!! Lovely completely updated waterfront home on the Intracoastal waterway!! Open floor plan. Everything is brand new! Cabinets, flooring, decorating, furniture, dishes, etc. Just bring your toothbrush. Light, Bright & Airy with Large expansive windows. Watch passing boats. Large boat dock with seating overlooking bay. Watch sunsets. After sunset, we watched fish swimming past the underwater lighting near the boat dock. New seawall across the entire back property line. Literally everything we needed for our stay. Even a coffee bar including Keurig coffee pods. We really enjoyed ourselves. Close to famous Clearwater Beach and shopping & restaurants.

Nicely updated, spacious waterfront property

Great location with plenty of space for the 5 of us, and we even had local family join us a couple of nights because the house was so spacious and relaxing. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, sun room, swing under the tree and the dock. Loved the access to the water, took advantage of the kayaks every day. Being a block away from the Pinellas Trail was a huge plus, excellent location. But I think the biggest hit was the dining table which converted to ping pong and pool. The only request would be for more kitchen basics like cling wrap for storing leftovers or parchment paper for baking. Thank you Mary, we hope to be back!

Paradise on the Water

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this beautiful resort-style, fully renovated and remodeled home directly on the water. It’s truly stunning inside and out. We enjoyed walking, kayaking, shopping, dined at many lovely restaurants…and so much more. Mary is the perfect host and quick to make great recommendations for places to eat and play. Beautiful property

Exceeded expectations! Home is beautiful and has everything you need. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We didn’t feed, but did enjoy our morning visit from the bird. Loved seeing dolphins come right down the canal in front of the house. Great smart tv’s, comfortable beds, great couch. No complaints!

Wonderful home!

Great house, great host! The home is newly renovated and well appointed. We loved taking the kayaks into the mangroves. The dock is perfect for cocktails looking out over St. Joe’s Sound. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and peaceful

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property, which had beautiful views and abundant wildlife. We had close up visits from several beautiful wading birds. Loved the open floor plan, lots of windows and screened in porch. Spent most of our time outside soaking up the sun, fishing and playing outdoor games. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect

Great house for a relaxing time on water. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard from laying on the provided loungers to playing the provided yard games. Location provides easy access to Dunedin, Clearwater, etc.
