Nice pool area. Shower is a little small and funky but the room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Location is ideal for walking into town.

Excellent location

This a quaint boutique vacation spot close to all amenities and activities at the base of the mountains. Short walk to museums, restaurants and Thursdays Palm Blvd Village Fest. Our room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Have stayed here before - will stay again!

Great location!

Desert House is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It was so much fun exploring on foot. Close to great restaurants and bars. Clean and quiet the pool is my #1 reason for a great week. Can’t wait to book Desert House again.

Great stay!

It was a great stay. We were close to everything downtown and was able to do what we wanted without having to drive around. The bed was super comfortable, which is hard to find as a plus sized person. Loved the mini split ac/heater in the room. My only complaint is the shower door size is strangely small.

Great Tennis Club Location

We have stayed in this neighborhood many times. This location is ideal. You can walk to so many iconic, and new restaurants, including our favorite Spencer's. Cole Owner/Host was an excellent communicator. This property does have an early / late check in out option.

This property was super close to the heart of town. The bed was comfortable and while the shower is small, we had no problem with it. The little kitchen we could have used but we enjoyed the restaurants that were Host was very responsive to any questions we had. If recommend it! close by (there are a lot of them!). The

Great location!

The location is the best part of this place! Heated pool is nice and it was great having a kitchenette. The bathroom is awkward with the super small shower door layout and outdated/dangerous heated unit. If you are a large person, it could be a challenge getting in and out.Any communication with the owner was immediate which was appreciated. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind the bathroom.

property in need of delayed maintenance. Room small and only 1 table with umbrella at pool with more people than space allows. Room small - TV did not work ROKU but couldn't get Oscars which is the only thing we wanted to watch. . That being said, it would be a good place to say for a night or two - nice pool.

Great location, old apartment

Apartment is very close to Downtown Palm Springs. Small hotel, 6 rooms. Needed urgent an update. Host Natalia very friendly an tried to solve all problems (like TV dosn't work, fix the lounger) Apartment very small, no space for luggage, very old bathroom, shower like a cave. TV tiny. Pool very nice, headed and good size, but only 2 lounger in pool area. Cleanliness okay, but for this expensive price it is not so nice to have every day dog poop in front of the room. For this old apartment it is too expensive.

The courtyard was a beautiful and quiet place to relax, with everything needed to enjoy the pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had the essentials for us to have breakfast and other meals in. Convenient central location and adequate parking on site.

it is a former 3 star hotel

hope they fix the ac/heat for this unit, we visited during an unusually cold spell and the wall mounted unit all the switches were broken, If you are a person of girth, you will have a terrible time accessing the narrow shower door. Windows are difficult to open (since there is no bath exhaust fan, this is an issue). Other than those few maintenance items a truly great place to stay. Pool was nicely heated and comfy warm enough for those of us who in Feb consider a 65 degree day warm enough to use it. Kudos to Natalie. This is a newer listing and I think she is still getting handle on those maintenance issues.
