💎 decked out home with Spa and pool area!

This house is perfect for large groups, or multiple families. It’s two house in one! With a 5 min walk to the beach and an awesome landscaped back patio grilling area with hot tub, pool, and ping pong table and pool volleyball net!
The bottom house has two bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom there is a super comfortable king a walk in closet with shower in the bathroom. the second bedroom is Equipped with 3 twin bunk beds we also have a queen blow up mattress for larger groups. Guest bath has a brand new extremely clean deep jetted tub. The garage is used for our private storage. A large open concept living/dining and kitchen area with a small work place for those who have to spend a little Time working while you stay!

The second floor has its own entrance on top of the main house. This house has two bedrooms and one bath.

The master room has a king size bed and the second room has a total of 4 twin beds. One bunk bed and one trundle bed.
We also have a pull out couch. In the living room.

We love walking to breakfast. there are multiple options within 5-10 min
Boat/jet ski rentals only a 5 min walk. A perfect day for us is walking to
Breakfast and then straight from breakfast hop on a jet ski and cruise the river.

The beach is another option after breakfast we often do then come home hit the pool and hot tub and order pizza. There are a ton of other things to do there in Daytona. Just about all Daytona has to offer is within a 10 min drive from the house.

There are two cameras outside of the property, recording the entrance and the driveway.

Great Stay for Friends and Family

We had a blast! Property owner was very communicative. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for families to enjoy the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, dart board, putting green and the easy to stream TV in the main room.

Great stay for big families

Went with my family of 10. Overall we enjoyed the space and pool area. We recieved the information for check in at 4:10pm. The pool is stained looks dirty but water was clear, jacuzzi was great. Bottom house had majority of the kitchen items and the trash from prior renter was left there.

Not at all what it looks like!

Well, first I would like to say that Mr. Cobby tried his best to make up for not having this prepared. When I arrived the rooms were nice but the bedding wasn't clean on non of the beds, the towels were not many and the outside furniture was not in good condition. The pictures are old. This was my first time going being at a place like this.. So again thank you Mr. Cobby for the stay oh one more thing I believe you should also let people know that you have a cat there because some people are allergic to them. Plus it says no pets so why is a cat there?

Family Vacation

Family of 14 – “Spending time together Priceless" Check-in was easy, communicating with the Host about issues was easy. Things that could be addressed; Pictures of the property need to be updated, Refrigerators, Ice machines and water dispensers did not work in both units. Plenty of glassware, plates & silverware, No usable laundry units on the 1st floor. Outside was a surprise – the patio roof is gone, the fire table did not work, there were no chairs for adult seating outside. The pool is dated, but clean and refreshing. There was no propane, the Host replaced promptly, he also provided Tiki torches in place of the broken fire table. Golf Putt-putt was a hit for the Grandchildren. Despite these issues, We had a Great Vacation – Spending time together with family.

Plenty of room and fun yard, not prepared for kids

-No checkin instructions online. Had to talk to "cleaner" to get owner cell for contact. Onsite checkin instructions said to use tablet but it would not power on. -Upstairs access code was not correct and couldnt access until an hour after checkin. -Plenty of beds but a single room with 4 beds is a bit much. -Large living spaces. -golf and darts were fun. -Parking for 2 cars was ok but anymore and it could be tricky due to tight entrance and deadend. -House not professionally cleaned. Several areas, closets, surfaces needing cleaned. Bathroom and hall closets had randomness including some dirty hand towels tucked away and random stuff laying on shelves. -8-10 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2-3 wash clothes. Clean? Werent folded or with other clean linen so we washed before using. -Living area lights were not working until last day. Thought I was missing a switch somewhere, turned out circuit was tripped. -Pool and hot tub were freezing. Solar cover was tucked away by pool equipment. Hot tub took a long time to heat and only stayed on for 2 hours. -Outdoor areas and yard not safe for kids. Patio roof appears in disrepair and had sharp jagged edge exposed. Rusty jagged lawn chairs. Wooden posts with screws sticking out of the ends laying across the gate. Post mounting plates on patio exposed with sharp edges and rusty bolts exposed. -First floor laundry outside on back patio, rusty but plugged in. Never used but doesnt seem safe for used.

Felt Had - Really 2 Units! Beware!!!!

i’ve been looking at this property now for about 2 to 3 years and reached out to the property owner and explained our situation that involves in 19-year-old significantly disabled daughter with mobility issues who is also nonverbal, and wanted to ensure that this property offered her as much accommodations as possible for her to move freely throughout the unit. 1. Checkin instructions were nonexistent 2. All the batteries were dead in every single remote 3. The main kitchen table light fixture for Thanksgiving dinner was completely out and broken. Ate in dark. 4. This Property is really two units one on top of the other with a very steep stairway with the second unit on top housing the washer and dryer. Hassle. This property should be rented as two properties and not one. 5. Beds are like cardboard 6. Pool was not clean upon arrival 7. Neighborhood is super sketchy. Neighboring dog ferociously barked at me every time I walked outside. Homes have bars on the windows 8. Lack of privacy - Owner could watch us on his camera at any moment. Creepy 9. Additional fees, not explained in listing, including getting the pool heated for consecutive days and rental of a golf cart. 10. Everything above the counter in the kitchen was clean and useful however, everything below the counter was dirty and looked like it had not been used in years. 11. No blender 12. The fan blades were covered with filth. 13. The owner too involved in his restaurant rather than his guests.Total waste of money

WHAT A BLESSING!!!

We were a party of 14 who were traveling from PA & IL. We had another property booked for months prior to our arrival. Needless to say d/t hurricane IAN the prior rental literally cancelled our property stay less than 24hr to us checking in. We scrambled around to find a place to accommodate all of our needs. OUT OF NOWHERE came Colby & Jen. Their property saved the day. But it goes beyond the amazing property. Colby & Jen are such wonderful people. They accommodated us in anyway they could. We were truly blessed to have everything work out for us to experience a GREAT "Biketoberfest 2022." Thank-You Colby & Jen!!!!

The perfect house for groups

We held my daughters 21st birthday weekend here and it was amazing. We had 11 adults which sleeps comfortably in the house. The backyard is amazing. We spent more time there then at the pier. And the hosts were super friendly. Overall great experience.

Perfect place for a family get away

Our group of 9 really enjoyed everthing this rental had to offer. The pool and hot tub are a great way to end the day. The putt-putt golf is great. Ping pong was a big hit! Stores and restaurants near by are great. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is beautiful. We all really enjoyed this place and we will book again soon.

Fantastic

So many wonderful things to say...The communication with the property manager was wonderful! Both houses were absolutely beautiful and spacious! Lots of things provided that we probably didn't need to bring, from beach towels to hair straightener/hair dryer. Both places were so clean, outside was absolutely beautiful! We all agreed we stay there again in a heartbeat!!
