Fabulous location! Recently updated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Elkhorn Village sleeps 6. This ground floor unit of a triplex has free parking just steps away from the front door. Guests have access to pickle ball and tennis courts, and shared pools, and hot tubs-- one clubhouse is directly across the street! Convenient access to all ski areas, just 3 miles from the Sun Valley Lodge, and downtown Ketchum. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome here. No cats, no exceptions, sorry. Open to longer term renters, please inquire!

Perfect location. Right across the street from the pool and clubhouse. Ideal set up, bedroom and living space, for our family of 6. Kitchen amenities excellent. We would stay here again. Meghan was prompt with communication.

We were very pleased with our stay.The only improvement that would help is to have heavier windor covering in the master bedroom. It would help with traffic noise and afternoon sun.

We had our family with us kids and grandkids so they set up with the two bedrooms and two rooms worked out well for us. It was close to the village and we are a family of figure skaters so the outdoor skating rink which we like to go to was very close by.When we needed to go out to eat or other activities everything was close for us in Ketchum and Sun Valley! Also the fact that it is dog friendly is good for us as we bring our pets wherever we go! There was a pool and spa across the street from our room and another recreation center with a really nice pool and spa that we were able to get passes from the host for.

Of all the rentals we’ve had in Sun Valley, this one topped them all! We loved the location in Elk Horn, and always enjoy the hot tub and other amenities there. This unit is so close and convenient to the club house, as well as walking trails and open areas for the dogs to run. The home had nice views, was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. We cooked at home a little more since the kitchen was so well furnished with cookware, spices, etc, which was also nice. Check-in and out was flawless, and our host was so friendly and accommodating! We can’t wait to come again!!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well supplied with everything you might need during your stay. There is a clubhouse with a swimming pool and hot tub directly across the street. Parking is super convenient and there are great walking/biking trails throughout the area. The Check-in process was very easy. This condo is located in a very quiet area that we really enjoyed. We would stay here again.

Terrific vacay in Sun Valley

Meghan’s home was wonderful! Clean, spacious for the 3 of us plus dog; comfortable and well stocked. Very short drive to Bald Mtn and town of Ketchum. Meghan was very responsive to questions and concerns both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Beds were comfortable and we had a great stay here. Would highly recommend!

Great place, great host

Our stay in Meghan's condo was wonderful. Our party included four adults, two kids, and a dog, and everybody was perfectly comfortable. The condo was clean, the beds were good, and the warm living room vibes were much enjoyed. Thank you for your very kind communication ahead of our stay, Meghan! We felt warmly welcomed :).

Great location, close to both ski mountains

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and dog spent Christmas here. Great location- less than 10 min drive in the snow to both Dollar and Bald Mountain ski resorts. Convenient location to walk our dog directly out the front door of the condo onto groomed walking trails. Our host was very responsive and helpful. It is evident she has done everything to make sure her guests feel at home and welcome. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect view of Baldy from the deck

Another awesome 4th of July in Sun Valley ID. Condo has everything you could ever need / want, great location, pet friendly and super clean. Park right in front of the condo, easy load in and load out. Can't think of one time where I said, "I wish they had this... " This condo is on our Must come back list. Thank you for making our stay fun and easy.

This condo felt like a home-away. It was furnished just right; not too much, but enough for flavor. The kitchen cupboards were generous with spices and basic essentials. The beds slept beautifully!! Our patio looked out on Baldy and the little stream trickled by. Wonderful amenities with 3 pools for our 4 teenage nieces. We loved this condo. It does get summer sun, and with the blinds down in the afternoon, and the bedroom fans at night we were very comfortable. The property manager was wonderful to work with. We loved our stay.

Came to ride Rebecca’s Private Idaho

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautiful and comfortable. The most comfortable mattresses and great space to relax . Being right on the bike trail was awesome! We could bike anywhere and my husband could roller ski right from the house. It was just what we hoped for and Meghan was a very attentive host. We didn’t need anything while there, but she promptly answered any questions while booking. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

We had a great experience! The condo is well appointed with nice decor and lots of thoughtful details. The beds were very comfortable. Seating in the living room was comfortable and ample for a family. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was most responsive and helpful. Closest unit to the hot tub! Everything was great! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon!

Condo is beautiful, comfortable, safe and centrally located. Meagan you are an accommodating, kind and awesome host. Amazing, serene, well appointed Elkhorn condo!

Beautiful, well appointed and maintained condo in Elkhorn! Upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need to run out for paper towels, toilet paper, anything other than weekly groceries! We were really impressed with how comfortable the beds were, as well as the living room furniture. This condo also gets a great cross breeze throughout the day. Cannot say enough great things about the condo and management which was always very responsive. Very highly recommend!!

Mid March-2025

We were at this property for 2 weeks and it was very cozy. everything was spotless organized. Kitchen area was fully stocked and easy to work with. All I can say is that this is the perfect place for 2-4 adults. No steps to deal with other than a couple entry steps. Nice sunny deck to come back to. Property manager was accessible when we had questions. Put it this way, we're coming back to this property ourselves next year.
