Enjoy time with loved ones in our 15 x 30 feet heated saltwater pool.

OUTDOOR OASIS: Modern and functional outdoor living with meticulously designed landscape and furniture features a 15 x 30 saltwater pool opening up to a bar featuring a wine cooler, ice maker and seating. Plenty of covered seating and outdoor dining table for 12, lounge chairs, side tables, BBQ, Cornhole and pool toys. Pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

KITCHEN: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, 4 Burner Electric Cooktop, Double Oven, Dishwasher (Provided detergent for guests, Microwave and all you need to cook including Cookware, Glassware, Inside and Outdoor Dinnerware, Cooking Utensils Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle, Blender and basic cleaning supplies

BAR: Fully equipped bar with ample seating, wine cooler, ice maker that leads to the backyard via double sliding doors

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer with Detergent provided for Guests

PET BATH: For per friendly guests, we have an outdoor bath located on the side of the home

Located in a quiet & charming neighborhood, the home can sleep a family of 10.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced each Thursday morning between 8 and 10 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don't be alarmed. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesday or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The town of Delray Beach removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway and if you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house behind the gate we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. If caught throwing a party, there will be a 500 dollar fee. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise . This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street. 4 cars maximum per stay.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please be mindful of keep doors closed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note that there are outdoor cameras positioned at the front of the home and overlooking the driveway as well as one outdoor camera in the backyard. All cameras record audio/video 24/7. These are in place to safeguard our guests and the property.
