Welcome to Sandy Point, the point where you get to enjoy the sand of your private association beach while watching the kids play in the Bay.

You will love this 4 bedroom, renovated home that feels brand new inside. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath along with the kitchen and dining area. There is also a large deck for dining. Downstairs is one more bedroom, 1/2 bath, and outdoor shower along with a large living room and laundry room.

The owners have really gone above and beyond to appeal to the families who want a NICE vacation home in a FABULOUS location. They have had the home completely painted, replaced all the floors, updated the bathrooms, installed a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and appliances, added new beds, bedding, and furniture, and supplied new dishes, pots, pans, and decor!

Want to walk to the beach barefoot? Forget something or want lunch? No problem, your only 5 min. walk back to the house. You're on vacation, and it doesn't get much better than this! Welcome home, you'll be happy here.

Immaculate sunsets

The house was squeaky clean and thoughtfully decorated and outfitted for whatever we needed. The location was superb - excellent sunset watching and wading out during low tide in the bayside. Breanna made everything super easy and even stopped by to check in. Make your reservation soon!

Great location!

We loved the location being within walking distance to the bay and a short drive to the ocean. We liked that it was updated and uncluttered. I could tell that there was a lot of attention to making the most of the space with shelves, hooks, etc. Also nice to have basic supplies like dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper provided. And of course, it was wonderful to be able to bring our little Mikki with us! My only feedback would be that a screened in area would be a great addition to increase living space without bugs:-). Thanks again for hosting us!

Fantastic vacation! Beautiful spot! We had very hot weather so air conditioning option in every room appreciated. The house was very clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The deck is large and a wonderful outside space. The walk to the beach is easy thanks to a cart provided and the beach is beautiful. Mallary is great to work with, she answered all email questions very quickly. This is a great rental !!!!!!!

Very nice place and great location on the cape. The private beach down the path was really nice. There was plenty of room for the six of us that were there.

Wonderful cape escape

We had a wonderful September escape at this beautiful property. The home was just as described and made for a great vacation. The private beach was beautiful and only a few minutes walk down a private road. Brianna was lovely and responsive. I would highly recommend!

Great House and Great Location

This house was perfect for our week at Cape Cod. 5 Min walk to the Bay Beach, which has a great sunset. Very easy booking, and the house was in great shape and well stocked. AC in every room. Would recommend to anyone!

Private beach is amazing

Great location near the bay side of the Cape. House was cozy and clean, nicely decorated, and had room for all of us. Great food nearby for takeout, and bike trail was close. It was a great escape from the pandemic of 2020!

Great Beach House!

Location was terrific, and only a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything you would need for your vacation (kitchen tools, beach chairs, etc). We look forward to renting again in the future!

Well managed, clean and modern property

Nice quiet location within a reasonable walk to the beach. Spotless, updated property. Everything worked and was well appointed. I highly recommend this property and the folks who manage it.

A walk to remember

Our family enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home. We enjoyed the deck area and the ability to bring our fur baby with us. Most of all, we enjoyed the enchanting stroll down the dirt road, enjoying the cottages until a magical little path led us to a gorgeous view of Cape Cod Bay. Thanks for a great stay!

Idyllic weekend getaway

We had the most fabulous weekend away at the gem of a property. The photos don’t do it justice! This home is fully furnished with a beautiful, modern kitchen. We spent both evenings on the outdoor deck, sipping cocktails and catching up. Brianna was very accommodating and even let us have a late check out so that we could make the most of the warm weather. We frequented the private beach which was a shot walk away. Would highly recommend this property and would be back in a heartbeat!

Weekend Getaway

My family and friends just recently spent the Memorial Day Weekend at Sandy Point and had a wonderful time! Booking was very easy and the property contact was wonderful to work with and very helpful, even allowing us an early check in and late check out as it was available. The house itself was very well decorated and exceptionally clean. There were many useful items in the house and they all were all brand new. It was nice to not have to bring sheets or bath towels, as they were all provided. We fit 8 adults and 2 toddlers under 2 in the home, with all adults having their own bedroom. The deck, with a brand new Weber grill, and outdoor shower were certainly utilized throughout our stay. The association beach was less than a 5 minute walk down a private gravel road, which we spent time at each day. Overall we had a great time and would certainly recommend staying at Sandy Point. We hope to be back again!
